The casita is super clean and is well appointed with everything you need. The location is perfect. It is located near many restaurants and shops. Gwen and her husband are wonderful hosts, as well. I rate this place a 10! I hope to return again.

The property is exactly as described/seen in pictures. Casita is VERY comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Feels like home!! And yes....it is "sparkling" clean!!!! We hope to stay there again next time we are in town. :))

Perfect Spot

My daughters and I enjoyed this cute little home. It had everything we needed and was so close to Old Town and Fashion Square. The hosts have thought of everything to make the trip comfortable and accommodating. We would stay here again!

The Casita is perfect! We really enjoyed the ability to be walking distance to river canal and Old Scottsdale. Gwen was so responsive to any of our questions and needs. Will definitely be back.

Cute, cozy & safe

The casita was a cute place. Location can't be beat, so close to everything. I stayed by myself for the first few days and felt completely safe. Great that both the gate and screen door could be locked.

Everything about this casita was perfect, size location. It was walkable to old town for restaurants and shopping. Gwen was very good with communication throughout the process. I will definitely stay here again when in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Lovely casita

I’m so glad I found this place. It was a beautiful place and the location was perfect. The casita was a 10 minute walk to Old Town shopping. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The house had everything we needed and the owner was easy to communicate with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Scottsdale.

Sweet oasis

Simply and comfortably decorated with all the basics covered. Full kitchen, cool linear bathroom, comfortable bed, comfortable living room with easy-to-use large screen TV, nice private patio, carport. Laundry facilities, too. We relaxed and enjoyed this casita.
