Excellent property

Really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Exactly as described , 4 lovely large bedrooms & 4 very modern bathrooms. Sitting, dining, kitchen area very nice with plenty of space .Some wine glasses in the villa are really needed.Otherwise plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. Would highly recommend & certainly would love to return if staying in this area again.

Nice sunny accommodation

Very nice and practical accommodation. We enjoyed the sunny terraces. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and solved our problem quickly. Altura is a lovely little town with a very beautiful beach. The house is a pleasant walk from the ocean (about 10-15 min). The beds are very comfortable and the neighbors are nice. I recommend a handrail on the wall by the stairs, because the stairs are slippery and an older person needs support

4/10 Poor

Stay in Altura

Communication was quick, but unfortunately the issues reported were never properly resolved. A cleaner was sent but only removed a dead cockroach and left, despite a full cleaning being promised. The washing machine was faulty throughout our entire stay, and despite being told someone would come to fix it, nobody ever did. Travelling with two young children and being unable to wash clothes for the whole stay was extremely disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Ruben. We sincerely apologize that the cleaning and washing machine issues were not resolved as promised during your stay at Altura Dreams, particularly given that you were travelling with young children. We take these concerns seriously and will review what happened to ensure our team can better support future guests. Please feel free to reach out privately if you would like to discuss this further.

A repetir
