A new villa in own private gardens (10000 square meter) with own 33´pool - a perfect place to unwind (if this Villa is already booked please also see my other beautiful Villa which is locates 200 meter from this Villa with the reference Number 2408277 on HomeAway.co.uk).

Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside; breathe the clean air, listen to the birds and the cicadas and enjoy the breathtaking views. This is a tranquil and unspoiled area abundant in olives, almonds carobs, oranges and lemons. There are quiet lanes and tracks for walking, and spring time, the fields are full of an abundance of wild flowers.

Set in the hills above the picturesque old fishing town of Tavira with views of both the sea and panoramic hill views.

The property is accessed from it´s own grand private driveway with electric gates

The layout of the bedrooms is as follows: 2 x large en-suites one opening onto the the rooftop terrace and the other leading out onto a poolside patio, each have double beds. The third bedroom, of equal size has two single beds which can be made into one double. There is an ensuite bathroom.

The open-plan living room has three sofas and Satellite TV (UK and German), and the dining table seats eight guests. There is a large, fully-equipped Kitchen and also a large Bar-B-Q for outdoor cooking.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room

The House has its own Solar-Panel-System and is therefore CO2-Neutral

Central heating system in the living room.

In addition: Wood burning stove in the living area.

Free Very fast WiFi with unlimited volume (very rare in this region)

The pool heating system has 22 KW and increases the temperature of the pool by roughly 10 degrees Celsius in the winter.

The Villa and the pool are cleaned and disinfected once a week. Linen and towel are changed weekly as well.

Only 5 minutes drive to several Supermarkets (Pingo Doce, Alid, Lidl....)

Laundry room with washing machine available.

We can only offer the house from Saturdays to Saturdays.

Changeover Day: Saturdays. Arrival times - from 3 pm, departure times - by 10 am.

A Peaceful Retreat with a Pool – and Space for the Dog!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful holiday home! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the private pool – perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The private, secure grounds were great for the dog, giving us real peace of mind. A peaceful setting, yet close to everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Very nice villa with fully equipped kitchen

We enjoyed our holidays a lot. The villa is very nice. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. Also the communication with the property manager was great. We will visit again :-)

Wonderful base for exploring Tavira & S Portugal

Lovely house easily sleeps 6 comfortably, convenient to Aldi market, Tavira and major roads. Great swimming pool. Must supply all your own paper products, drinking water. TV only got German stations. Day trip to beautiful Seville Spain easy. Would definitely return.

Stunning villa and location

We have stayed in quite a few villas in various locations and this is definitely the best one yet. A lovely place to relax and unwind from the stresses of home and work. Our three teenage children enjoyed the peace and quiet too and we all loved the pool! The location is perfect to explore Tavira and beyond. Two activities we particularly recommend is hiring bikes and following the cycle path to Fuzeta for lunch. Also the 3 hour boat tour from Olhao with Sabino tours. Fabulous. Thank you to Lydia for easy booking and very swift communication if needed.

We had a wonderful, restful time staying at Rainer's villa! The house was easy to find and access was simple. It was clean and tastefully furnished and had plenty of space inside and out for all of us (2 parents, 2 kids and grandma). The beds were comfy, and we loved that each bedroom had an ensuite shower room, plus another bathroom on top! The villa is in a quiet, safe area - easy driving distance from Faro airport, close to Tavira for supermarkets and shopping and sightseeing in the pretty town, as well as for beaches and Tavira Island/Ria Formosa. Also convenient for the Spanish border, Olhão or even back past Faro to Zoomarine (about 1 hr), though we stayed local. It's worth saying you will definitely need a car to get the best out of staying here. We didn't need help during our stay, as everything went perfectly, though we did see Rainer's father one day, who was very friendly, and we definitely felt we could get in touch if we needed to! Thank you Rainer, we wouldn't hestitate to recommend the villa, and to book again if we return to the Algarve!

House is just perfect. The location is great, quite area yet close to the city, beaches and restaurants . Pool and view are amazing. Note you will need to purchase stuff such as toilet paper, soap , etc, as none provided.

schöne Villa in traumhafter Lage

Anlage sehr großzügig angelegt, etwas abgelegen, ohne Auto schwer erreichbar, tolle Aussicht. Lage sehr ruhig, außer bellende Hunde kaum störende Geräusche . Sauberkeit der Küche war nicht gegeben, zudem sehr viele Ameisen in der Küche, die das lagern von Lebensmitteln nicht möglich machen. sehr störend empfanden wir ständige Arbeiten die unangemeldet am Gelände durchgeführt wurden, obwohl wir extra darum gebeten haben, nicht gestört werden zu wollen. Von 7 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde an mind. 4 Tagen gearbeitet

Moderne villa mit schönem Ausblick

Ein wunderbarer Ort der Erholung! Ruhige Lage, phänomenales Haus mit tollem Ausblick, beheiztem Pool und sehr freundlichem Verwalter. Kurze fahrt ins Städtchen Tavira mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einer fantastischer franz. Bäckerei. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Vielen Dank!
