Additional Information

The property features two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The
outdoor pool will be closed for the winter season from 1st November to
31st March, due to weather conditions. The indoor pool will be
available during the winter season. The indoor pool at Villa Padima is
heated to *28 degrees Celsius. There are no extras to pay. The
municipality of Sicili has implemented a tourist tax.The tax amount is
set at 1,5 Euros per person, per night, for 7 consequential nights .
Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax. This is paid
upon arrival to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
