Perfect location with incredible views. Spent a lot of time in the very clean pool. The boat launch made things very easy and the dock was great to watch the parrot fish swimming under it. I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful property with plenty of things to do around the house. We enjoyed all of the outdoor amenities from kayaking, to paddle boarding, to darts, and swimming in the pool. You will not get bored here!! We saw all kinds of oceanlife in the water including nurse sharks, lobster, crab, barracuda, octopus, parrot fish, and sting ray. We are really going to miss our ocean views!! We hope to be back and we definitely recommend this property!!!

My husband and I and our 12 year old golden retriever stayed at this house for a week in January. The outdoor area and fenced yard was perfect, she loves watching fish so the lighted dock was a big draw, as well as the privacy offered by this home. The porch was wonderful with plenty of seating. The weather was miserable 5 out of the 7 days we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy it very much, but definitely plan to return.The indoor spaces were clean and comfortable. Loved the location as well, approximately 5-10 minutes to the beach, grocery, great restaurants and airport.

Wonderful stay with family

Beautiful location and lovely home! The kids loved playing in the pool. Adults enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Lots to do in Marathon, and the home is centrally located. Just a short 5 minute drive over to the public beach.

Why they chose this property

After many vacations and thoughtful planning, we chose Marathon for its unbeatable blend of access, beauty, and community. We were looking for a waterfront home that wasn’t tucked away in a narrow canal but still provided safety, space, and open water feel—this home has all of that and more. It’s located in a serene cove, which gives us the benefit of calmer waters, protection from low tides or sargassum blooms, and the freedom to enjoy boating, paddleboarding, or jumping off the dock for a swim any time of day.

The home sits at the end of a quiet residential street and is fully gated for extra privacy and peace of mind. We love the relaxed, family-friendly neighborhood, where neighbors wave hello and everything you need—groceries, restaurants, and shopping—is just a short drive or bike ride away.
