Sea Salt Escape - Direct Oceanfront, Pool, Fishing!

DIRECT OCEANFRONT, fully updated, ground floor, single-family Home; 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths. The home is all new and beautiful!! 50 feet of deepwater dockage with immediate access to the Ocean and Gulf and a gas dock right around the corner. Amazing views of the Atlantic and beyond. Now, with a pool just steps away from the ocean.





This carefree classic 'Keys' home is located in a very quiet, established neighborhood. There are no mobile homes, vacant lots, or trash of any kind anywhere near the home. Conveniently and centrally located with various food options, including the really good local fish market and restaurant within walking distance! 

Sea Salt Escape has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps up to 8. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you will need to cook your catch! There is a large covered patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, with a barbecue and plenty of seating for a crowd. The pool is just ten feet away from the ocean. 

Dock up to a 40 ft boat out your back door; water is 7 feet deep at the dock at low tide. Boat rentals are available just 3 mins away. Fishermen, we have it all! Bait freezer, cleaning table, and a grill to cook your catch! And the green light brings the fish in at night.

The view is amazing. We saw manatees, turtles and tarpon daily. Plenty of room for docking your boat and a great pool. We were very sad to leave and will look forward to coming back.

Fun in the sun

Our stay was wonderful! The outside space is so beautiful and relaxing. Everything was just as pictured. We enjoyed the pool, the grill and fishing off the dock. The views are spectacular!

From first minute excellent communication w owners - place is easy- comfortable- updated and excellent amenities- great pool- dock- pool toys - spent so much time in water and rented a boat- location made for simple docking and access to famous sand bar or lobstering at bridge - owner so quick and friendly to communicate - definitely hope to be back!❤️

What a great and relaxing vacation! The home was beautiful and the ocean view and access was amazing. Saw 7 manatees right off the dock as well as fish. The home was clean and comfy and the owners were so kind and helpful.

Fantastic Property & Location

The Lobster House is wonderful. We found ourselves not wanting to do many other activities because the dock was so nice. We enjoyed many hours of fishing and sunrise/sunset gazing directly on the ocean. The house is recently remodeled with great style. We enjoyed everything about the property and hope to return soon.

My husband grew up in the Keys on the water fishing and exploring. Our family has spent our vacations since and we've loved sharing this experience with our kids.

Why they chose this property

The moment we saw this property, we knew it was the one for us. I mean, the view!! And the marine life... our first time there, we saw french angelfish swimming at our feet and a pair of manatees visited. Since then we've watched tarpon and snapper frequent the dock, permits jumping in the flats right in front of the house, and the manatees have been regular visitors.
