Great accommodation in a fantastic location for a family holiday. The apartment was clean, cosy, spacious and well equipped. Great view across the bay and estuary and easy access to the beach and coast path. We loved being able to walk into Porthmadog (20mins).
The up stairs flat has much better views compared to the downstairs one in which we stayed last year. It was a good choice to have made. Let down some what by the cleanliness of the cookware, some of which were in poor condition. They need to provide a good sized saucepan. Also the upstairs double room has a beam across the head of the bed. I solved the problem by moving the bed out from the wall, so that I could then sit up in bed with out bumping on the beam! Just little things, but they make all the difference to have a comfortable stay. I also bought a cheap shower caddie as I found the surface of the shower slippery and bending down to get toilet items was a problem. I have bequeathed the shower caddie:-)Hard to rate communication with property manager. Do you mean the emails sent from Sykes?
