Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment. Located in the vibrant Lapad neighborhood, the apartment is surrounded by stunning beaches, a picturesque promenade, and a variety of cafes and restaurants. It’s also the ideal spot to witness Dubrovnik's most famous and breathtaking sunsets. The Old Town is just a 20-minute walk away, or you can hop on one of the many nearby bus routes for easy access to other parts of the city.Bedroom features a cozy double bed, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto the small balcony and take in the beautiful views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Dubrovnik.Parking space is included on request.

The aprtment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

Clean and cozy

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is clean, cozy, and has a beautiful view. The beach and a grocery store are just a short walk away. Wi-Fi was excellent, and the host was very friendly and always ready to help. There are quite a few steps to reach the apartment, but that’s normal in Dubrovnik.

Chilling with an amazing view

The location was excellent, a great view and it was simply perfect for what I was looking for. In addition to that it´s very close to the beach and ubers to the old town are really cheap. In general a great experience and the host was very friendly and helpful and gave me tips for the zone.

Cost- effective and better suit for friend than family

The price is friendly during the summer season, it’s very close to Lapad Beach. Courtyard is large and beautiful with lemon trees and grapevines. Very comfortable and relaxing to drink there at night.

High-end vacation!

I fully enjoy my stay and the place is simply amazing. Two steps away from the beach and a selection of restaurants just down the walk. I highly recommend it to anyone passing or planning to stay near the old town of Dubrovnik. Martina and Blagoje were very helpful and their hospitality was absolutely great.

The apartment is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, with everything close by. This wonderful apartment is perfect to explore Dubrovnik. It has a spectacular view. Perfectly located near a grocery store, bus stop to access old town easily, and near a beautiful swimming beach. It is an easy walk to the promenade, with many choices for restaurants and bars. Hosts were easy and quick to communicate. Excellent location and value!

Charming apartments!

The owner is very responsive and helpful! Very beautiful apartments with a wonderful view from the balcony to the beach and mountains. The bed is big and very comfortable, lovely bed linen! The location is perfect - everything you need is just a hundred meters away - bus stop, beach, bars and restaurants, grocery store. I definitely recommend visiting the nearby restaurant Mamma Mia!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic apartment with stunning views. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Very enjoyable. Possibly not suitable if you are not mobile as lots of stairs, bit like everywhere in Croatia!! The host was very nice and even recommended a taxi driver to take us to the airport when we left to go home. Thank you for having us! *****

Extraordinary journey!

We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik. The apartment was perfectly clean, well equipped and the communication with our hosts as well as check in and out were super easy. Close to the apartment is a promenade alongside the sea with restaurants and stairs down to the water. The old town can be easily accessed by bus or by taxi within ten minutes. We had a very pleasant stay and would absolutely recommend. :-)

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and I very happy with the experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was clear that this was not just a place to stay, but a home away from home. The property itself is absolutely charming. The rooms are clean, and good furnished, and the entire space exudes warmth and coziness. It was evident that the host takes great pride in maintaining their property to a high standard. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the host. From the moment I made the booking, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Upon arrival, we was warmly welcomed, and host took the time to provide a thorough tour of the property, ensuring we felt comfortable and at ease. Throughout our stay, they were always just a message or call away, ready to assist with any questions or requests. Special place!

We stayed at the apartment for 9 days. Hosts checked us in earlier than stated in the house rules - we really appreciated their flexibility :) The location is great, it is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood not far from the Sunset beach (one of the best beaches in our opinion). Please be mindful that one needs to take a lot of steps (~195 depending on what stairs you’re taking :D) to get to the sea and back to the apartment. However, there is also a bit longer way to reach the apartment without steps. You will be rewarded with a stunning view from the apartment’s balcony! The apartment had everything we needed: air conditioner, fridge and a small freezer, drying rack, hairdryer, toiletries, multiple towels etc. Check-out was smooth, the hosts were very friendly. Thank you for the amazing stay! <3

Perfect stay and wonderful host

Basically a perfect stay. The room was clean, comfortable and had all necessary amenities. It also comes with a balcony that has a good view of the sea! (Table and chairs too in case you want to take coffee or eat there). The location is excellent, the perfect place to relax and getaway from the hectic old town, with the Uvala beach just a few steps away, many restaurants nearby and a couple grocery stores easily accessible. Additionally there's one of the main ports close to the room, in case you want to take a tour, many boats depart from there. When we first arrived we thought it felt a bit too far from the old town, but then realized that it was a very good decision. You can easily reach it by bus, or taxi, and the bus station is less than a 5 minutes walk from the room. Luggage storage was allowed both pre check in and post check out, I appreciate it A LOT, lately not many places allow this, so it's definitely another great thing about this listing. The host was very kind, servicial and responsive, probably one of the best out there! Thank you for everything!

Breve soggiorno a due passi dal mare

Appartamento a Lapad, vicinissimo a Sunset Beach, bus 6 per la città vecchia a pochi passi, servito da supermarket, bar e localini. L’appartamento è semplice e pulito, camere della giusta dimensione e bagno comodo con doccia, terrazzo molto carino e attrezzato con un bel tavolo e tenda da sole. Host molto gentile, disponibile ed elastico con gli orari di check-in e check-out.

De locatie van het appartement is uitstekend: dicht bij het strand, restaurants en supermarkten. Binnen 10 minuten met de bus ben je in de oude stad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het appartement was schoon, de airco werkte perfect en de eigenaar was vriendelijk.

Lekker appartement op een goede locatie.

Locatie is top, trappen naar beneden en je hebt een boulevard met eettentjes en cocktailbars. 5 minuten van bus nummer 6 die je naar de oude stad brengt, ideaal. Airco en bed zijn zalig, alles aanwezig, dus prima accomodatie.
