Admirable and clean accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the whole experience was smooth and relaxing. We had just a short two nights on our way to Greece and this apartment was just perfect. Great location to visit the Old City (short Uber ride) and we walked to the market and a great new restaurant down the street. The only thing that was not clear was the parking. We figured it out, and parked right in front which was great. The streets are narrow so parking and taking Uber back and forth to the Old City was ideal. We did laundry and enjoyed coffee in the morning, so all in all a good find. Very nice building, quiet neighbors next to a school. It worked out well. Thanks!

The property is as described in the listing. The management company was easy to get in touch with and was proactive about communication. The location was central enough that nothing was more than a 20 minute walk. The room with the two beds not having any AC was a problem, as was the hallway bathroom not having lights that were bright enough to use the bathroom. But I imagine that is something that can be fixed. It just affected our stay. Overall a good place to stay if a hotel isn’t what you’re looking for but hostels are also not an option.

Spacious, well-located apartment with great amenities and responsive hosts

We really enjoyed this accommodation, and the hosts are very responsive and available. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and well located, close to the Port of Gruz (where boat excursions depart). It’s comfortable and also has a super accessible private parking spot suitable for any type of car. The apartment also includes a washing machine, and they even provided detergent. The only aspect that could be improved is that the room with the two single beds does not have air conditioning like the rest of the apartment – it had a fan, but on really hot nights, the kids moved to the living room, which was equally very comfortable. We chose to go to the Old Town of Dubrovnik by bus and Uber/Bolt (both work well).

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We enjoyed our time staying at Selma's apartment, communication with her and the rental company was friendly and clear! As mentioned in the description it is quite the climb down the hill to the bottom but once reached there's loads to do, eat and see! The street where it is located is quite narrow and traffic tends to go both ways, so when driving one has to be careful. The bedroom with the twin beds has no air conditioning so it gets a bit stuffy. Also, the apartment is on the ground floor, so unfortunately you don't get the beautiful mountain views. other than that it is equipped with everything you need! Thank you so much!

bei Anreise war die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet und somit die Whng. gut gekühlt ; großes Wohnküche/Essecke, alles vorhanden (und noch mehr), was der Urlauber so benötigt ; ausreichend großer, gut zugänglicher Parkplatz (für 2 Motorräder) ; Zimmer/Whng. war sauber

Schöner Stadturlaub mit gelegentlichem Strandbesuch in modernem Appartement

Die Lage ist sehr Idyllisch auf einem Hügel, aber durch den hohen originalen Baumbestand hat man im Erdgeschoss keinen Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet mit Hochwertigen Elektrogeräten und allem was das Herz begehrt von F wie Föhn bis W wie Waschmaschine, auch Waschpulver und Geschirrspültaps waren vorhanden.
