Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very pleased to know that you loved the villa, its location, and the attentive support provided during your stay. It is also great to hear that the surrounding area and the convenience of transport services contributed positively to your experience. Regarding the points you mentioned, we regret to hear that the bedding did not meet your personal preference. Mattress comfort can vary greatly from person to person, and we have not received similar comments from previous guests. We would also like to clarify the information about the security deposit. As clearly indicated in the villa’s listing, the deposit for groups is 150 euros per person. However, since your reservation was only for two guests, the required amount was the standard 600 euros total, not 600 euros per person. As agreed, and since no damage was caused during your stay, the full amount was reimbursed shortly after departure. Concerning the pool heating, as stated under “Optional extras” on the listing, this amenity has an associated fee. It was not activated because no request for pool heating was made before or during the stay. We thank you for your feedback, as it helps us identify points for improvement, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again for an even better experience. Warm regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care
