Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Drei herrlich entspannende Ferienwochen konnten wir im Sommer 2024 hier verbringen. Obwohl mitten im kleinen Örtchen gelegen, ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Auf der geräumigen, mit Wein überwachsenen Veranda kann man auch heiße Tage gut verbringen. Der Blick von der Veranda aufs Meer Richtung Sonnenuntergang ist bezaubernd. Unsere Tochter konnte auf dem Minibalkon unter freiem Sternenhimmel schlafen. Urtaca ist ein uriges, charmantes Bergdörfchen mit nur wenigenTouristen. Ideal ist, dass man bis zur wirklich erfrischenden Flussbadestelle des Dorfes nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß braucht. Auch Wanderwege in die direkte Umgebung beginnen gleich dort. Jean-Claude ist sehr freundlich und hat uns bei der Ankunft den Weg dorthin gezeigt. Auch das Häuschen zu finden war kein Problem, da Jean-Claude uns von einem Restaurant aus hingelotst hat. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist ein gemütlicher, funktionaler Mix aus Biedermeier und Moderne. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt waren wenige Ablagen und Stauraum, da die Schränke mit privaten Sachen und Nippes voll waren. In Küche und Bad sind alle nötigen Dinge vorhanden. Insgesamt einfach sehr sehr empfehlenswert für eine kleine Familie, die ein ruhiges, entspanntes, autentisches Quartiert sucht. Ralf

Stilvolle Unterkunft in ursprünglichen Bergdorf

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem lebhaften aber trotzdem ruhigen Bergdorf. Sie ist stilvoll und gleichzeitig komfortabel eingerichtet. Fußläufig erreicht man einen mit einen kleinen künstlich aufgestauten Bergbach in dem man prima schwimmen kann. Die mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichenden Strände Plage de l'Ostriconi und Lozari sind wirklich schön und waren trotz Hochsaison nicht überlaufen. Sehenwürdigkeiten im Radius Bastia, Calvi, St. Florent und Corte haben wir im Rahmen von Tagestouren gut erreichen können. Es ist wichtig auf dem Rückweg einzukaufen, weil es in Urtaca keinen richtigen Laden gibt und sich der nächste Supermarkt in Pont Leccia 20 Autominuten entfernt befindet. Mit dem Vermieter konnten wir uns nur auf Französisch unterhalten. Jean-Claude ist aber sehr freundlich und es würde bestimmt auch mit den gängigen Übersetzungshilfen alles gut klappen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in den Bergen

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung , in der wir von Waschmaschine bis Geschirrspüler alles vorgefunden haben , was man im Urlaub braucht. Die mit Weinranken beschattete Terasse haben wir genossen. Appartement très agréable et meublé avec goût, dans lequel nous avons trouvé tout ce dont vous avez besoin en vacances, du lave-linge au lave-vaisselle. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse ombragée de vrilles de vigne.

Maison très confortable et idéalement située

Maison conforme au descriptif de l'annonce, très bien équipée. Dans un magnifique village de Balagne. Endroit très calme. À 20 minutes en voiture de la très belle plage de Lozari. Maison très bien située pour les visites. Accueil chaleureux par Jean Claude qui n'a pas compté son temps pour tout nous expliquer à notre arrivée. Nous avons apprécié la bouteille d'eau fraîche et la bouteille de rosé comme cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Très beau séjour au calme entre mer et montagne

Logement idéalement situé dans un village très agréable, entre mer (15 minutes de voiture) et montagne (Corte à 35 minutes). Le logement est très agréable, au calme, fonctionnel, et la terrasse ombragée pleine de charme. L'accueil par le propriétaire est très sympathique et chaleureux ! Le plus : une possibilité de baignade dans le village même, dans la retenue d'eau sur le torrent !

Location très agréable, commode et bien placée

La location est très agréable, avec un grand salon et 2 belles chambres, un coin cuisine pratique, une salle d'eau vaste et très bien équipée, ainsi qu'un cellier vraiment bien équipé. De plus, la vue est très belle des chambres, et la terrasse bien grande, il fait bon y séjourner. Le village, typique, est également très agréable. Le propriétaire est accueillant et à l'écoute.

Gute Ferienwohnung etwas in den Bergen gelegen.

Die Wohnung ist neu und wertig renoviert mit Induktionsherd, Waschmaschine ,Geschirrspüler und sehr sauber. Es gibt allerdings keinen festen Parkplatz und der kleine Ort ist auch nachts erstaunlich lebendig. Die große Terrasse wird von Weinranken natürlich beschattet-sehr angenehm! Der Stand ist 20 Autominuten entfernt.

Maison très agréable avec terrasse ombragée, petit coin de tranquilité et de calme au coeur d'un petit village Corse en montagne à 15mn de très belles plages. Les photos correspondent en tout point à la maison,spacieuse équipée correctement, propre et une très bonne literie. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui donne volontiers de bons conseils pour visiter sa belle région. Location à recommander, pour notre part nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

A lovely house with a terrace with a view of mountains and sunset, a spacious and clean bathroom. The only downside was that the village doesn't have any places to eat out or shop (apart from a small bakery). Two beautiful beaches are a 15-20 min drive away.

Nous avons passé du bon temps chez Angelofranchi. La maison est conforme aux photos, très propre et avec tout le confort possible. La terrasse est spacieuse et ombragée et on s’est bien amusè à griller pendant le soir. En plus le propriétaire, toujours disponible et chalereux, nous a aidé à sortir d’une situation désagréable avec une autre location. Merci encore Jean Claude (et sa femme) et…on reviendra!!! We had a very relaxing time at Angelofranchi's. This cozy apartment is very clean and well-equipped and with everything you can desire if you like cooking, as we do. The large and shaded terrace allowed us to relax and have BBQ during the evenings. Moreover the owner and his wife, always available and friendly, helped us to solve a matter with another location. We will keep a wonderful memory of our stay in Corsica Thanks again Jean Claude and wife.

Belle et agréable maison.

Nous avons passé une bonne quinzaine dans cette belle maison bien équipée et climatisée. Belle terrasse et magnifique vue depuis les chambres. Bon accueil. Si vous ne pouvez pas apporter vos draps et vos serviettes de toilette, le propriétaire peut vous en louer.

Très agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par M. Angelofranchi et avons passé deux semaines formidables dans cette belle maison de village. Nous avons particulierement apprécié la terrasse spacieuse, très ombragée et donc particulièrement agréable lors des journées très ensoleillées de juillet. Un endroit à découvrir .

2 semaines bien agréables

2semaines de séjour à partir de début septembre dans ce charmant village d'URTACA situé entre montagne et mer ce qui permet de nombreuses balades. La maison est pleine de charme notamment avec sa terrasse ombragée, bien équipée et très propre. La situation de la maison nous a permis d'assister tous les soirs à de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la mer. Nous remercions Monsieur ANGELOFRANCHI pour son accueil.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable au sein du petit village d'Urtaca. Un propriétaire accueillant et chaleureux ! Une maison où l'on s'y sent comme chez soi, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Coup de cœur pour la terrasse sous la magnifique vigne pour profiter d'un peu de fraîcheur ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Séjour mémorable pour mon premier voyage en Corse. L'accueil du propriétaire était chaleureux et de bons conseils pour les visites incontournables lors de mon court séjour. Maison avec de beaux mobiliers anciens et modernes qui se marient très bien. Propreté irréprochable des pièces. Cuisine équipée, chambres correctes, salon agréable avec TV. Havre de paix où l'on peut se ressourcer au sein d'un village qui a beaucoup de caractère et qui se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture d'une très belle plage sauvage (comme je les aime). Je conseille vivement cette location typique.

Un merveilleux séjour entre mer et montagne

Accueil très sympathique et pleins de bons conseils de Jean Claude. Location parfaite : très confortable - très propre- on se sent vite comme chez soi. Toutes commodités dans le village parfait pour le repos et la détente. Rivière et mer a une vingtaine de km. Voiture indispensable. Nous avons adoré. Cela faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas passé d'aussi bonnes vacances. Merci mille fois. On revient en 2015:)
