Posizione strategica

La casa Ăš situata esattamente a metĂ  strada dalle due coste alla base del "diro". destra, 15 km verso Bastia; a sinistra, 15 km verso Saint Flirent. Inoltre, la casa Ăš dtata di molti ngoli all'aperto (patio, soggiorno, area ampia/ solarium e gode di una vista imogaabile fino al golfo di Saint Flirent. Tornare la sera dopo una giornata di spiaggia o viite all'interno Ăš impagabile.

Unser Aufenthalt war ganz wunderbar! GĂ©rard und HelĂšne waren sehr nette Gastgeber, die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist schön, wenn man etwas abgeschieden vom trubeligen Tourismus sein möchte. In 10 Minuten in man im WeinstĂ€dtchen Patrimoneo, in dem der berĂŒhmte korsische Rotwein angebaut wird. In 20 Minuten ist man im atmosphĂ€rischen Ferienörtchen Saint Florent, mit tollen StrĂ€nden und leckeren Restaurants. Dort beginnt auch ein wunderbarer Wanderweg direkt am Meer entlang.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©ablement surpris par le logement, qui est fidĂšle Ă  l'annonce ! Si vous vous posez les mĂȘmes questions que nous lors de la rĂ©servation, je me permets d'y rĂ©pondre: 1) Nous partageons le jardin avec nul autres que nous-mĂȘme - le jardin est grand, n'a aucun vis-Ă -vis et la vue est vraiment splendide. 2) La maison a tout le confort et les rangements nĂ©cessaires pour passer un excellent sĂ©jour (clim dans la chambre, grand rangement, douche Ă  l'italienne...) Les propriĂ©taires ont Ă  coeur de bien faire et ça se ressent ! Nous n'avons qu'un mot: merci beaucoup HĂ©lĂšne et GĂ©rard !!

Belle semaine

Le gĂźte est trĂšs bien placĂ©. Les propriĂ©taires trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Dommage que les extĂ©rieurs ne correspondent pas aux photos de l’annonce. Le terrain est beaucoup plus petit, le salon de jardin et les bains de soleil ont dĂ©jĂ  bien vĂ©cus. Pour l’intĂ©rieur, la baie vitrĂ©e est trĂšs dure Ă  ouvrir, pas de garde corps pour Ă©viter une chute d’un mĂštre de haut car la terrasse n’existe plus. Les joints de la douche mĂ©riteraient d’ĂȘtre refaits, le bouchon du lavabo ne se ferme pas et la lunette des WC est en mauvais Ă©tat. Dommage, car la dĂ©co et le cadre Ă©taient sympas.

Appartamento gradevole, dotato di ogni comfort, cucina attrezzata con utensili, piatti e padelle di qualitĂ . La parte esterna Ăš molto curata e garantisce privacy. La vista Ăš mozzafiato. Dista dal mare 15 min e 5 min dal primo bar/ristorante. Lo consigliamo vivamente!
