This condo offers a full kitchen with new furniture, new appliances, cable, Wifi, Tennis & Basketball courts, designated grilling areas and an onsite laundry facilities. Trust me.. This is where you want to stay. This condo sleeps 4 (queen size bed and full size sleeper sofa.

Just 100 steps away from the beach, literally! Just walk across the street and enjoy a nice cocktail at the North Topsail Beach Tiki Bar which also offers live music from Thursday - Saturday.

This condo provides clean linens, bath cloths, hand towels and bath towels, toilet tissue and paper towels.

I have stayed at this property many times. I absolutely love it. It feels like a home away from home. It's far enough away from everything but close enough to where you can go out and about if you so desire. Even when the weather is not so nice, having the balcony to be able to still enjoy the ocean view is wonderful.

My husband and I came to enjoy a nice and quiet weekend on the beach. And we were able to so enjoy our weekend at this condo. The view from the balcony was awesome and we enjoyed it every morning and evening. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and just relax. I have stayed here many times and it just keeps getting better and better with each visit. I love that they have added more Beach to that end of the island and the remodel of the condo is fantastic.
