North Topsail beautiful beach is not overcrowded, "CREATE MEMORIES THAT WILL LAST FOREVER" as your family enjoy the MAGNIFICIENT OCEANFRONT VIEWS from the living room and master bedroom; or sitting on the balcony.

EXCELLENT LOCATION: Camp Lejeune Marine base, Camp Geiger and Marine Corp Air Station are close for families visiting their families and friends.

The living room has large sofa with flat screen TV, balcony access with table and chairs. Great place for a meal while watching the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from Living Room or BALCONY. Dining area seats 4 with an addition bar area that seats 2 more. Kitchen is <> equipped for "ALL" your cooking needs, there is no need to travel with dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc.

Master Bedroom has QUEEN bed, private bath, flat screen TV and an oceanfront view from bedroom and BALCONY access. 2nd Bedroom has QUEEN bed, flat screen TV and full bath next to room. BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND BATH TOWEL, OR these items can be rented THRU Linen Rental Agency in North Topsail Beach prior to arrival.

Return parking passes, key and pool phob to green box. ($50.00 charge if lost)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Condo was on first floor with ramp access and luggage racks to make unpacking and packing your car a breeze. The walkway to the beach was also accessible from the first floor making everything so convenient. The condo was spacious with a large balcony where you could sit and watch the ocean. Kitchen had all the items you would need. 10/10 recommend! This was an amazing stay!!

We enjoyed everything about this property. The location is great. The only complaint is the noise from the occupants in the condo above. It sounded like construction work was being done throughout the entire night on the last day of our stay.

Ship Watch Villa, overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, with a breathtaking view of the morning sunrises and evening sunsets from your private balcony entrance from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Occupancy is limited to a total of "FIVE" (5) and limited to a total of "FOUR" (4) adults. There is a luggage ramp from the ground parking lot level up to the first/ main floor. The beaches are NOT crowded and there is a ramp to the pool and the beautiful oceanfront beach.

BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS & TWO (2) SETS "QUEEN SHEETS " and/or contact LINEN COMPANY in North Topsail Beach for delivery; or contact Donna Sawyer prior to arrival.

If unit is left DIRTY, EXTRA CLEANING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT.
