About this property

Farmhouse in the heart of Valsamoggia: the land of wine, castles and good food!

Our rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, breathtaking panoramic view which reaches the Alps of Verona. All the rooms have free wi-fi and in some rooms is possible to add a third bed.
We also rent the stone house, lovated in the nearness of the agritourism. The stone house is set on two independent floors: at ground floor is the area with lounge and kitchen. at the second floor there is one double room, one twin room with bunk beds and one bathroom.

Gorgeous views, charming town

I stayed here with extended family including small children and senior citizens. We found the views and the property absolutely stunning. The smell of flowers and sound of the birds and crickets were mesmerizing. The kitchen is professional grade. The house was charmingly decorated and we loved the opportunity to pick cherries and plums (we visited in mid June) There are other people living in close proximity to the house we rented but otherwise it is quite isolated. The local town is charming but it is a good walk up and down the hill to arrive. About 1.5mi(2.5km). We did not know that the laundry facilities were not for the guests to use but were handled by the owner and we probably overwhelmed her with laundry. Otherwise our interactions were pleasant. We loved it!

Beautiful Compound on top of the Mountain

Valsamoggia is actually a multiple lodging place. There are a total of 5 buildings that can accommodate up to 44 people. The pictures shown on are mixed and showing shots from several of the buildings. My group stayed in the main building which was built as a B&B. a 6 Master Suite location, each bedroom has an adjoining private bath. We had a wonderful stay here. Elisa is a great hostess and does everything she can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. So you ask why I did not give 5 stars? My issue is the amenities listed is not accurate- while there is a Washer and dishwasher shown under amenities, you are not allowed to use them. Typically when I see a coffee pot listed I think of an electric coffee maker, instead it was a stove top percolator ( the coffee was excellent). Also you will be charged separately for the propane to heat the water & heat the home. We were there in March and it was quite chilly in the evenings all said and done we paid an additional $200USD for the propane, and were asked to pay that in cash. This is the first home weekly rental that I have ever been charged additional utility charges, then to be asked to pay that in cash was very strange to me. Again we had a wonderful time- the place was very clean & comfortable with amazing views!

Das Haus war sehr schön gelegen und von außen sehr ansprechend. Leider aber innen ein merkwürdiger Geruch, Ungeziefer und unfreundliche Behandlung. Wir wussen nicht, dass wir um 12 Uhr herausgehen sollten, standen im Regen mit sechs Kindern und mussten auf die Übergabe des Schlüssels warten. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt...Italienische freundliche Gelassenheit habe ich mir anders vorgestellt.

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt bei Elisa. Das Haus liegt mitten auf dem Berg, Ruhe und Idylle stehen an oberster Stelle. Elisa hilft wo sie kann und hat immer einen Tipp auf Lager.

Sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet, wunderschöne Umgebung

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im Haus von Elisa Orlandi, im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht und sie sorgt sich sehr gut um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Als es sehr heiß besonders bei unserer Tochter sehr beliebt. Das Haus liegt sehr, sehr schön. Man hat eine tolle Sicht auf die Berge und Hügel. Es ist etwas schade, dass es keinen Pool gibt, da es in der Woche, als wir da waren, war, haben wir Planschbecken für die Kinder bekommen und das Spielehaus war sehr heiß war, und das Piscina Free Beach (so eine Art Freibad in der Nähe) ist leider recht teuer.

Rust en stilte met fraai uitzicht

We hadden een heerlijke week bij Elisa op de berg boven het culinaire dorpje Savigno. Rust, stilte en geen andere geluiden dan van de krekels. Het huisje is zeer ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken - goede bedden, mooie badkamer, wasmachine etc. Het terras biedt naast een panoramisch uitzicht voldoende schaduw en zelfs op de heetste dag nog een verfrissend windje. Regelmatig kregen we van Elisa een mandje eigen oogst biologische groente en fruit. De heuvelachtige omgeving is prachtig en zeer geschikt om te wandelen. En de steden Modena en Bologna zijn beide met de auto binnen drie kwartier te bereiken. Voor wie een zwembad mist: er is buiten het dorpje een commercieel zwembad waar je als agriturismo-huurder korting op de entreeprijs krijgt. Wel duidelijk om vragen!

Tutto ciò che cerchi.

Luogo bellissimo con panorama fantastico sulla vallata. La casa è molto confortevole e completa di optional. La padrona di casa è stata molto ospitale e comprensiva con un gruppo di ragazzi vivaci e laboriosi.

Bellissima struttura in una location di tutto rela

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura un weekend per una rimpatriata tra amici, con l'agriturismo in autogestione. La struttura è molto pulita ed estremamente funzionale, tutte le stanze hanno il bagno in camera con tutti i sanitari e doccia/vasca. La cucina, che abbiamo gestito in autonomia, è industriale quindi è possibile cucinare davvero di tutto per tante persone. Completa con tutto il necessario da bicchieri, stoviglie, pentolame vario ecc ecc. Le parti comuni sono ampie e ben fornite, con anche una stanza al piano inferiore con la stufa per poter far giocare i bambini. La casa è riscaldata sia da alcuni caminetti e da termosifoni, quindi è calda ed accogliente in qualunque periodo. La posizione di tutto relax, con la possibilità, nella bella stagione, di fare lunghe passeggiate nei dintorni. Noi, essendo inverno, abbiamo fatto una piccola escursione nelle ore più calde. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta eventuale. In conclusione, siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti sotto ogni aspetto.

De fabuleuses vacances

La propriétaire madame Orlandi nous a accueilli à merveille : Petit-Déjeuner copieux, villa très propre et spacieuse . C'est un endroit très calme ,reposant et confortable. Juste à coté de Savigno : un petit village avec tous les petits commerces . Madame Elisa Orlandi peu accueillir une famille dans une jolie villa ou un groupe . Le paysage de sa propriété est fabuleuse : c'est énorme espace ou la nature est reine : En rentrant le soir nous avons vu un groupe de Biche sauvage ! époustouflant! Tous les soirs quand nous rentrions , nous trouvions une maison chaude est accueillante. Le lieu est bien situé : Nous avons pu visiter : Parme ,Bologne ,Venise , Florence et Modène (musée de Ferrari) et Maranello : En 4 jours. Je conseille vivement cette endroit : je le conseillerais à mes proches et nous reviendrons : ça c'est sûre! Proprio accanto a Savigno: un piccolo villaggio con piccoli negozi. La signora Elisa Orlandi po 'ospitare una famiglia in una bella villa o di un gruppo. Il paesaggio della sua proprietà è favolosa: è enorme spazio o la natura regna: Tornando la sera abbiamo visto un gruppo di selvaggio Biche! incredibile! Ogni sera quando siamo tornati, abbiamo trovato una casa calda è accogliente. La posizione è buona: Siamo stati in grado di visitare Parma, Bologna, Venezia, Firenze e Modena (museo Ferrari) e Maranello: In 4 giorni. Consiglio vivamente questo posto, lo consiglio alla mia famiglia e ci torneremo: questo è sicuro! Right next to Savigno: a small village with small shops. Mrs Elisa Orlandi bit accommodate a family in a lovely villa or group. The landscape of his property is fabulous: it is huge space or nature reigns: Returning the evening we saw a group of wild Biche! amazing! Every evening when we returned, we found a warm home is welcoming. The location is good: We were able to visit Parma, Bologna, Venice, Florence and Modena (Ferrari museum) and Maranello: In 4 days. Excellent séjour

Une superbe halte chez Elisa durant notre périple italien. Un endroit magnifique, une vue à couper le souffle depuis la fenêtre de notre chambre, sans oublier les délicieux repas préparés par notre hôte. Abbiamo passato davvero un bellissimo fine settimana. La signora elisa gentilissima e disponibilissima ad ogni ora e ogni minuto.. Abbiamo affittato l'intero agriturismo ad un prezzo eccezionale. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente...
