Welcome to our new adventure! Our aim is to create a unique cultural exchange. In that spirit, we have just purchased a newly revamped home on the beautiful cobblestone street of Playa Palmarcito. From the gated property you can indulge in seclusion while your friends and family enjoy the​ pool, hammocks, and the sounds of serene​ song birds. Our vision is to take you away while allowing you to stay connected to the activities and people you adore. Thus you will have access to a fully functioning modern kitchen, wifi, and cable tv. All the while only a small jaunt to beach bliss or a short ride to music, dining, dancing,​ ​and entertainment. ​

We ( Juan and Chris) work in a busy hospital. All too often we witness the precariousness of life. Therefore, live life to the fullest and follow your path. In that vane and after many scouting trips and difficult challenges, we finally bought a beach compound to share with the world.

Why they chose this property

Our property is unique in that it is a very quiet home ( with air conditioning in each bedroom ) that is a short walk to the ocean. So you can design your day appropriately. You can lay in a hammock at the casa or stroll to the beach for mariscos and cerveza. If you feel the need to socialize, we are a 5 min drive to Tunco where you will find food, fun, music, and dancing.

What makes this property unique

We have new onsite caretakers Ed and Ruth. They are there to help you with anything at all. They are incredible at hospitality.
