Wonderful place for a large family

We had a great stay. Pedro was very easy to communicate with and helpful Given that all booking are for atleast a week - it seemed very stingy to only leave us two trash bags and 3 dishwasherpods. Clearly families each week have to buy a big bag of these supplies for the house, they should then be left to be passed on to the next family. 22/08/26

Hello Nada, thank you so much for your feedback. We’re very happy to hear that you had a great stay and found our villa manger, Paulo helpful and easy to communicate with. Regarding the rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets, our villas operate on a self-service basis. We provide a small initial supply of essential items to get guests started, while additional supplies are purchased by guests during their stay, depending on their needs. Of course, if previous guests leave unopenedusable supplies behind, we leave them in the villa for the next guests to use. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future. :) Kind regards, The Allure Villas Team

Had a fantastic stay, our host Paulo made us welcome, the villa had a lovely pool and gardens, the location was awesome for exploring Sintra and easy to get to Lisbon via uber/trains, there is a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for a extended family of 11 people. Paulo delivered a new TV when we found ours wasn’t working (essential for the World Cup!) and a new coffee machine. Unsurprisingly mosquitos were everywhere some simple room diffusers did the trick. 18/07/26

The place was fantastic. Would have been better if there had been more than 4 dishwasher tablets. Also more toilet rolls would have been good.

Dear David, Thank you for your wonderful 5-star review of Villa Latina and for choosing Allure Villas for your recent stay. We are delighted to hear that you found the place fantastic. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. As Villa Latina operates as a self-service villa, we typically provide an initial supply of these amenities to get our guests started. However, we understand your point and may reconsider. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Villa Latina or another one of our properties in the future. Allure Villas Team

Lovely and beautiful location

The space, location, pool, the beds very comfortable. Paulo is very nice and helpful. Easy walk to the mercado and beach. We loved it. 05/07/25 We should've requested fans. We had to keep windows open at night, it was warm in July, mosquitos were an issue overnight. Also this place could've had some dish soap or dishwasher pods when we arrived, and even one toilet paper roll would've been nice after a long flight. The house had very little decoration, could've made it more appealing and inviting. Clean the patio and lawn chairs before people arrive. It seemed as if no one had ever been there before us.

Creating great and joyful memories in a beautiful villa.

- The kind and hospitality contact with Paulo. - Usage of the swimming pool, table tennis, the BBQ and the surroundings. - Checking if all the light(bulb)s in the house are working - Informing the guests when the gardeners are coming to clean. We were surprised when they unexpected were working under our windows at 8:00 am in the morning. - The small room without closets and hangers, next to the side door is very damp and therefore cold. There was condensation inside the room, even the blankets got wet. 07/09/25

Wonderful villa for a family vacation

The villa was perfect for our needs, 2 families with adult children. Plenty of space and spacious bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen, with all that is necessary for catering to the 10 of us. The outside area is fantastic- a beautiful, well-maintained pool surrounded by a mature garden making the property very private. The outside terrace has a large wooden dining table where we ate breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner if we ate at the house. The pictures do not do the house justice, it is a very nice, traditional home and the outside lawn, pool and terrace really make it fabulous. We were able to walk just a few minutes to the farmers’ market in Praia das Maçãs which is a must! Open every day except Monday. The beach and village are just another few hundred yards from the market. Several excellent restaurants as well as a few beach bars. It was notable that most of the people around are Portuguese as well as other European tourists. You can also walk over the headland to Praia Grande, about a 25 minute, pleasant walk. (just a 5 minute drive). The location is excellent! Paulo deserves a special mention - he was there to meet us when we arrived to show us around the property and answer any questions. He continued to be very responsive with restaurant recommendations as well as any other questions we had! I gave 4 stars rather than 5 only because the bathrooms could use a little update. Not a big deal or anything that would make us not want to stay again!!
