While had to drive to downtown and Old Course the location was excellent in a quiet, nice location. House was fantastic, very well equipped and perfect for group. Kevin was responsive and accommodating and would definitely stay here again.

VRBO was exceptional. Host communicated extremely well. Parking was good. Easy check-in / out. Lodging was close to all of the area's sights, markets, etc. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommended. Thank you Kevin!

Golf Trip

Very clean. Plenty of room. Owner stayed in regular contact before arrival. Enjoyed the golf memorabilia. Highly recommend for a St. Andrews golf visit.

Golf trip

Everything went very smoothly. We were 8 guys staying in St Andrews t o play golf. The house was very comfortable, clean and roomy. Kevin was very helpful and responded to requests very efficiently. I would highly recommend this property.thank you

Perfect!

Kevin’s house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed for two nights and the house was a great place to recharge during our across Scotland voyage. Downtown St. Andrews was only 1.3 miles away and many of us took advantage of the close proximity to walk into town and enjoy the nice summer weather.

It was perfect for us as a group of 8 golfers. The property was well located for St Andrews courses as well as others in Fife & Angus. The host had set the property up with 8 single beds and there were also supplies of tea and coffee pods when we arrived. The kitchen had a hob, oven and microwave although we only used the hob for cooking breakfast, and the dishwasher to clean up. The check in process was simple with a key safe by the front door. There was ample parking at the back for us to leave our minibus off street. All in all a great facility, well maintained and well located.

The house was exactly as described. Quick and easy drive into town. Entire family said they were the most comfortable beds! Price was great for a large family as well! The host was understanding and accommodating when there was a snafu when paying, which was much appreciated!
