Set within an Area of Natural Beauty, this thatched 18th-century home is perfect for nature enthusiasts and friend or family get-togethers.
Next to Salisbury Plain (walks and cycling) and great for exploring Stonehenge, Avebury, Marlborough, Salisbury or Kennet and Avon canal.
Built in the 1700s, this character cottage has just been refurbished to offer a very comfortable, unique and welcoming home.
20 min field walk to a village shop and a good pub.
10 min drive Pewsey train station.

The central hub of the house is the spacious kitchen-diner, and bi-fold doors, opening onto a large terrace within a beautiful private garden.
Bean to cup coffee machine, Large AGA, an induction hob and a double electric NEFF oven are ready for you to use, should you decide to indulge on homely meals.

This beautiful home will enchant you with many quirky nooks and beams, flint walls, log burners and fruiting apple and mulberry trees in the garden.
Two staircases connect both ends of the house in an infinite loop, with two bedrooms at each end of the house (one king and twin at each end, making a perfect sharing for two families).

Bathrooms are newly installed with powerful showers and custom made vanity units.

Two wood burning stoves for cosy winter nights - one in the living room and the other in the games` room. The ground floor offers several seating areas and also a separate office, should you need to combine work with being away.
Brand new large library is centre-stage of the entrance gallery and has a variety of books, including a large section of children`s books.
The games room contains a brand new football table and a Playstation console with the second TV.
The utility room has external entrance, perfect after long walks, with the dog shower, boot storage, washing machine and tumble-dryer, as well as a large freezer.

The garden is a well-established English Cottage garden, with a beautiful selection of plants to enjoy any time of year.

This house truly is magical.

All of the house will be for you to use.
The workshop/garage will not be available, but a storage room for bike storage can be accessible, please arrange.

Gated parking for four cars.
Please use extra awareness about the fire safety. No candles, no smoking, or open flames inside the house. When lit, the log burners should always stay closed and supervised.
Maximum number of guests is 8 people. Children over the age of 5 count towards the total guest count.
Dog owners - please make sure the garden is clear and do collect dog poop on your walks. Dogs to stay on the floor and not to use the furniture inside, or outside. Please do not leave the dogs on their own. Thank you for leaving the house tidy and clean.
