* 3 bedroom/3 bath Townhome.

* 2 reserved parking spots at door. Additional parking available in Cul-de-Sac next to Resort.

* Heated, saltwater Resort pool with grills, picnic tables & play area.

* Blink" security camera located outside front door.

Fully furnished town-home has:

* Ground floor Master. with King bed and attached bathroom
* Ground floor Queen Murphy bed in living room
* Second floor bedroom with King bed and attached bathroom
* Second floor bedroom with 2 queen beds and attached bathroom

Full kitchen. Full washer/dryer. Cable access, wi-fi, TV's in living room and all bedrooms.

All bedding, towels and toiletries are provided. 2 toilet paper rolls,2 hotel soaps and two hotel shampoos per bathroom. Kitchen has paper towels, napkins, dish soap, dish sponge, dish towels, 4 pods for the washer and 4 pods for the dish washer and garbage can liners..

* Close to National Seashore, Corpus Christi, Rockport, Port Aransas.

* Owners live in Corpus Christ and are a phone call away.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed, lots of room for our group, comfortable beds and a nice pool. Communication with owners was excellent. We loved the location as short drive to the Padre Island National Seashore, Mustang Island, Port Aransas and great places to eat. Favorites include the Sandwich shop, Ridley’s, Docs, Fina and Tortuga’s. We will be back!

Great place!

We loved our stay. Location was close to food, beach and shops. House was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the pool area. It was a close walk from the back door. The kiddie area was nice and lots of spots to sit with shade. Overall great place!

Everything we needed for cooking was there! Plenty of room. The Murphy Bed in living room is pretty comfy! We enjoyed our stay!

Great spot for family get away

Great hosts/Outdoor areas

The hosts were amazing, very sweet! The outdoor area was perfect for kids! Our two year old really enjoyed the kiddie pool/splash area. The place held all of us nicely but storage was very minimal. No pantry ect. but doable.

Family Fun

This property was everything we needed for a family getaway. We were able to spread out as each part of our family had its own bedroom and bath. The living room and kitchen were large enough to accommodate all of us for meals and games. Our host, Mattye, was easy to communicate with and the unit was just as described. The resort itself is perfect for families and just a short drive to the beach. I'm sure we will be back.

All Around Good Stay

The townhouse has a good location - just a short drive from multiple beaches. The house is an end unit so we could park our 3rd vehicle by the house on the street. The layout of the house was just about ideal for our group of 10. The two upstairs bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and the downstairs bedroom had a bathroom right next to it. Having a pool in the complex was nice but it was crowded at times. The house had cable tv with a full lineup of channels to occupy the kids during downtimes. The fast Wi-Fi came in handy since I had some work I needed to do. The beach parking permit was a nice bonus, especially since it's good for all of 2023. Also, Mattye always responded quickly to our questions and promptly adjusted our reservation when we had an unexpected schedule change. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Nice and spacious

We had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and we all had enough space, unit was clean. The kids enjoyed the resort pool. There was delicious restaurants nearby.

Great Time!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beach is about 5 minutes away and easy to get to. The owners, Mattye and Larry are very responsive to inquires. I would definitely stay here again!
