Perfect Location

This property is the perfect location from the beach! Just a short walk or bike ride.

Beach Week

Loved the location, however the house definitely needs a deep cleaning and some TLC. Ceiling fans were covered in dust, there was mold in most rooms. Yard was full of leaves and debris and definitely needs to be cleaned up. And I had to laugh when I found what they called the charcoal grill! Picnic table in the yard is rotten. Front steps were extremely slick when wet, we had 2 fall down the stairs when they were wet. Front door does not close right and at night the roaches would come thru the bottom of the door. Back porch smell of mildew (I would say from the carpet that is on it). Loved the beach and the location, but 100% sure I would not rebook this place.

Great place to stay

Very nice place, very close to beach access. This part of beach was least populated, giving you lots of room to set up. Plus we loved having a fire on the beach too. House is nice, pretty well equipped. Linens and towels were a plus. Overall an excellent place for 8-10 travelers.

Wonderful place and location! Great beach!

So much to love: the beautiful established live oaks which shade the neighborhood, the floor plan with the comfortable open common area and then the four good sized bedrooms, the good ole outdoor shower with the wooden door, the nice easy walk to the beach (as well as the option of driving and parking next to the beach access), the generous fire-on-the-beach-policy: that was such a treat. It was a terrific family experience. But shhhhh!!!! Don't let the secret out!!! Its a Great Place!
