Our Immaculate, Comfortable & Conveinent, 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath with Outdoor Shower Beach House has everything you’ll need for a fun family vacation. Rates include gold cart, linens, towels, beach towels, and exit cleaning
Our home is located in beautiful Oceanside Village, a gated community with 24 hour security, private beach access and private beach parking. There are bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach. Just around the corner Is the heated, indoor, glass-enclosed pool. Both the indoor and the 2 outdoor pools are spacious and are surrounded by beautiful patios. Each has a kiddie pool as well. On site there is a community center, gym and library. The Conch Cafe is located on the beach and is a full service indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar. In the village there is a play ground, basketball courts, lighted tennis courts, a volleyball court and several stocked fishing lakes. (no license required)
Our beach home is situated on a quiet street, the front overlooks Melody pond.
Four TV'S total, one in living room and in each of the three bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, blender and all utensils for cooking. There is an outdoor gas grill, however we cannot guarantee propane is full. The laundry room is equip with a full size washer and dryer for your use. Sheets, towels and beach towels are provided.

Our beach home is clean, comfortable and spacious. It's in a great location in Oceanside Village, on a quiet cul de sac, close to the beach and the indoor heated pool. The yard is perfect for relaxing, fishing in the pond and watching the turtles, swans and other birds in the pond. We strive to provide a place where you and your family will enjoy a memorable stay.

Fish right out your front door. No fishing license needed. Relax under the big tree at the pond or just watch the beautiful swans and ducks from the 4 season porch or from the yard.
