Beautiful place, had a Great Time.I would note that the property is on a cliff and there are steep steps, which may not be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues.

Amazing view, great spot for a family vacation

We spent two wonderfull and relaxing weeks at the villa waterfront with our four childern. It is a charming house with three terraces that offer a tremendous view on the Cala Caterina bay and beach. Warm welcome and perfect support by the host.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Waterfront Cala Caterina in Villasimius with our extended family of six, including two children.The location of the villa is simply stunning and, if anything, the photos on the listing don’t do it justice. At the rear of the property, a set of stone steps leads directly down to the beautiful cove and beach below. The steps are quite steep, but the access to the beach is well worth it. One of our favourite things was being able to relax on the terrace while watching the children play safely on the beach.The beach itself was pleasantly quiet throughout our stay, which made it perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The setting becomes even more spectacular in the evening, as the sun sets on the opposite side of the cove, creating breathtaking views from the terrace.The villa was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay. Roberto was an excellent host—friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. He provided a thorough introduction to the villa on arrival and was always quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay at Villa Waterfront Cala Caterina again without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in a truly beautiful location.

We had a lovely time here in Villasimius. The house was comfortable and situated right above the beach. A short walk down the stairs and you’re in the most beautiful water. The local shops were a 10 min walk. Here you could hire boats, eat and a local general store. The main town was a 5 minute drive. The beaches here was truely breathtaking with crystal clear water. Dealing with Roberto was a pleasure. Efficient, direct and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend staying here.
