For sure worth recommending, no matter for a short or a longer stay.

Nice and modern apartment to stay in. A bit far from beaches but with short distance to pedestrian street with restaurants and caffes. Also close to bus station to old town Dubrovnik.

The host was reponsive and quite organised with check-in and instructions. The apartment itself was clean and easily accessible. No issue with basic amenities. It was a seamless stay experience and a good one

We had a great stay, the apartment had pretty much everything you need, a great location, quiet but not far from local restaurants/supermarkets. Communication was great and I found the team to be very responsive.

Glorious residence!

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik. Walkable distance to all the restaurants and beaches in Lapad. 10 minute taxi/Uber ride from Old Town. All local drivers know this “infamous” street and don’t usually go down it because they’d have to back all the way out. Uber pick up/drop off automatically sets at end of street on main road. Not a big issue for a couple of dudes in their 20s, but something to be aware of. Space was great, especially the balcony. Plenty of room and comfortable, if not a bit hot, especially in bedrooms. I would recommend adding fans for these spaces. We noticed some tiny ants around the apartment when we walked in, and consistently throughout the trip. Unsure where they were coming from. Couldn’t recommend enough for a group looking to explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. Even includes a space in garage for rental car.

Special place!

This apartment was perfect for our requirements. the old city is easily accessible by bus and its easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. we enjoyed the balcony and warm evenings and seeing the cruise ships.

We loved the location. Close to everything.. grocery stores and the beach. The apartment itself was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We had pretty much everything we needed. There was no paper towels or laundry soap (would have been appreciated)

Gorgeous View

Spacious, clean, light, and bright, gorgeous view of the marina, all amenities that you will need in an apartment (the washing machine was a huge bonus). Beds were super comfortable, windows and blinds provided a good sleeping environment, shower had good pressure, wifi was strong, convenient walk to shops and restaurants and easy Uber to the old town. Communication with host was timely and instructions for everything were thorough. We loved our stay and will definitely book here on our next visit to Dubrovnik.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Didn’t want to come home!

The apartment was in a perfect location. A short walk to the harbour or to the beautiful beach. The air con was also brilliant . The host was easily contactable and solved any problems. There were several supermarkets very near and the bus stop was also very near.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The apartment is really nice and cozy. It’s well equipped, you can find all the usual stuff for cooking in the kitchen. Everything was clean and spacious. The location of the house is practical - you can find a shop, a pharmacy and also a bus stop pretty close. The parking in the house is also really convenient. The communication with the owner and also with the team was efficient. They were helpful in all of our questions and needs. We would definitely like to come back one day.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

A lovely modern apartment. Clean and welcoming. Compact kitchen area has all you need to prepare meals. Comfortable beds. View from the balcony is wonderful, day and night. In a quiet residential area on a peninsular with restaurants and supermarkets relatively close by. Enjoyed sea views walking around the peninsular and watching sunset from the top. Uphill in parts. Old town 10 minutes by taxi. New ferry port, across the water from apartment, and bus station around 7 minutes by taxi. No 6 bus goes to old town. Co-host and management company responsive to queries and issues raised.

Top! Alles top!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in top Lage Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich top! Restaurants, Bars und eine Bushaltestelle sind ganz in der Nähe. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten waren super und die Umgebung insgesamt sehr schön. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Leider war es bei der Ausstattung etwas knapp, zum Beispiel hätten wir uns mehr Löffel gewünscht. Wir haben uns aber zu helfen gewusst, sodass es für uns kein großes Problem war. Die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos! Top Service was Information anging. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Apartment definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Extraordinary journey!

Tuvimos una excelente estadía en el departamento de Sanja. El departamento es amplio y muy cómodo. Está en una zona residencial de Dubrovnik, a unas 4 cuadras de un paseo peatonal que conduce directo a una playa y una parada de colectivos que te lleva al casco histórico en 15 minutos. Muy agradecidos!

Mutfak çok kullanışlı, yataklar temiz ve rahat, hem şehir tarafına hem de Lapad plajına çok yakın. Market çok fazla. Alışveriş kolay. Balkon manzarası çok güzel, Keyifle çayınızı içebilirsiniz. Otopark harika, hemen asansörle dairemize çıktık. Sıcak su banyo çok iyi. Tekrar kalırım. Ev sahibimiz çok nazik hemen cevap verdi. Herşey için teşekkür. Küçük bir tavsiye. Old towna 6 numaralı otobüsle ulaşım sağladım.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

La grande pièce à vivre, le balcon et la place de parking au sous-sol sont les réels atouts de cet appartement et permettent de s’y installer confortablement. La décoration est agréable et soignée. Cependant, plusieurs problèmes techniques et dysfonctionnements ne nous ont pas permis de nous y sentir parfaitement bien. La table sur le balcon est cassée, la seule poêle de la cuisine est brûlée, les pots de sel, poivre, huile sont totalement vides et une grosse fuite sous le lavabo ainsi que la chasse d’eau qui coulait non-stop nous ont un peu gâché le quotidien. Par ailleurs, la chambre parentale manque de rangements pour les vêtements et un porte manteau dans l’entrée serait très pratique. Dommage car en anticipant ces problèmes, le séjour aurait été bien plus apprécié.

Ja i moj partner smo dva puta iznajmili ovaj apartman. Stan se nalazi u mirnom kvartu u blizini trgovina i restorana. Jako je uredan i čist, savrsen izbor za četveročlanu obitelj ili samo za partnere. Definitivno preporučujem i sigurno cemo se ponovno odluciti za ovaj apartman.
