The property was very well located near Old Town Dubrovnik. The address is 20 Petra Kresimira IV, but the entry gate is down a flight of stairs off of Petra Kresimira. The hosts were excellent and all advertised facilities served our needs.

Perfect location for exploring the old town and visiting the beach. The house size was perfect for our family. Our host gave us great recommendations and was available when we had questions about the area. Dubrovnik does have a lot of stairs but we found the climb manageable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our trip! Thank you to our host for making it a memorable stay.

Great apartment close to old town Dubrovnik

We stayed in Dubrovnik for 4 days and were very happy with the apartment and the location. It was close to the walls of Dubrovnik and was less than 10 minutes walking to town. The apartment also has great amenities including a dishwasher and drying rack and a dishwasher. The hosts were lovely people and gave us tips including the Dubrovnik pass, which grocery stores had better prices and which restaurants were over priced. Highly recommend staying here!

Thanks to Marija, Srđan and his sister, our stay was nothing short of amazing. Great location, the hosts were always there for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Dubrovnik.

Great location! AC in both bedrooms was absolutely lovely with the very hot weather Dubrovnik was having. Patio was shaded and the neighbours yard made it feel quite private. Sitting outside, you can hear the church bells from Old Town.

The owners are very nice and their hospitality is very warm. There was a previous post about the intense steps and I now know that Dubrovnik is the city of stairs and this location requires one flight of stairs to get down to it or back up to the main road so getting a taxi or Uber is fine. The intense part is an oppressive amount of stairs down to the old town which isn’t terrible going down but going back up is an intense workout for sure! The view from the main bedroom is fantastic!

Fantastic location

We had a great stay in the apartment. Location is brilliant for easy access to Old Town, beach and shops. Nice quiet area with amazing views Property was comfortable, air con was just what we needed and hosts very friendly As another guest noted there's a kitchen diner but no sofa, however we were fine as dining chairs were comfy, we had outdoor seating and made use of the balconies Dubrovnic and surrounding area is beautiful and getting a place within easy walking distance of so many attractions ensured we had a wonderful holiday.

Dubrovnik stay

The property if very well located. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The parking was available. To get to the beach you would have to use steps but it was not a problem for us. The grocery store was just around the corner. To get to old grad it would take 5-6 min walk. I would stay there again.

Dubrovnik OVE

Gorgeous Views, great location, everything you could need! Only a few steps out of the "walls of Dubrovnik" So close to all of the action but away from the crowds. Many steps, (straight down, and also straight up) to a very touristy beach. But, many other amazing beaches within a 15 minute walk. Dubrovnik holds a special place in my heart! What a great trup. Thank you for the use of your apartment for the last three nights!

Perfect place near Old Town

We booked a 2-room apartment with terrace and balcony on the second floor. We were received by the host when we arrived by taxi. He showed us around the house and told us which breakfast places we should visit. The host is very knowledgeable when it comes to Dubrovnik and the Old Town and was able to answer all of our questions. When we were to check out, we were offered to leave the luggage in place during the day as we would not be leaving until the evening. we recommend this accommodation 100% and if we come back to Dubrovnik we will book the same again.

Top location for a Dubrovnik stay!!

We are a family of 4 (kids 12 & 15) and found this apartment to be perfect for our 3 days in Dubrovnik! It's only 3 minutes walk down the hill (steps) to Banje Beach and food shops/restaurants, and only 5 minutes walk to the main square of the old town, and the cable car is just 200m away on the same street. We wanted to do a lot in our 3 days and this was totally possible being based in such an ideal location. The space of the apartment was very good and is equipped. The photos in the listing are accurate. Overall, the apartment was what we expected, is very good value and we will happily book it again when we return to Dubrovnik. The hosts were excellent and made us feel very welcome and comfortable - thank you for a lovely stay!

A lovely apartment with views over to the sea. Double figure steps down to the apartment from the main old town top loop road. 140 steps down to the bottom road and 2 mins walk from here to the beach or the walled town. Comfortable apartment with air con and living space. But, No sofa, as shown in picture, which would of been appreciated in relaxing with the kids. Lack of kitchen utensils... no kettle or iron/board, but we got by. The towels could be softer and the mattress were hard and thin and we found ourselves turning over alot in the night. The check in, we were met by the owners son, who is very welcoming and liked to spend his time showing us around the apartment. Nice seating area outside and from the balcony to get some fresh air and admire the view. Bus route 8 on the road. Cable car station is around 300m down the road. We would stay here again, to see the beautiful Dubrovnik.

Some good some bad

First the good. The location is excellent with a short walk to the Old Town, restaurants and shopping. The shortest route involves some stairs, but not a real issue. The property was very clean and the beds comfortable. The host met us to get parked and to tour the place. The bad, the air conditioning in the living area/lower floor did not work at it was 32 degrees +. While the host worked at getting it fixed, it did not work the whole 6 nights we stayed. In a number of discussions they really were not very sympathetic and refused to give us any refund until we involved VRBO. Very frustrating to us. This is the reason for the 3 stars.

Nette Unterkunft mit Terrasse und Parkplatz, nahe der Altstadt

Wir waren für 3 Ü.in diesem gemütlichen Appartement und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Begrüßung war herzlich. Der Gastgeber spricht auch deutsch und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse, der kleine Balkon oben (Blick aus Meer), der Parkplatz vor der Tür und die tolle Lage (nahe zur Altstadt) waren zusätzliche Pluspunkte.

Serge a été un hôte exceptionnel. L'appartement est merveilleusement bien situé par rapport à la vieille ville. Seuls petits éléments à souligner : il n'y a pas de salon et peu de vaisselle pour cinq. Sinon, tout était absolument parfait!

Appartement très bien situé avec place de parc

Appartement sur deux étages, avec deux grandes chambres et bonne literie, au calme, malgré la route située en haut de l'appart. La salle de bain est grande et il y a une petite terrasse. La vieille ville est accessible à pied (5min pour descendre, 10 min pour remonter ;-D), ainsi que la plage de la ville. Très bon et rapide contact par mail et what'sapp avec Maria, et l'accueil par les hôtes étaient très charmant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Marija’s site

The apartment has a great location to Old City Dubrovnik. We were not prepared for walking down and up 162+ stairs every time we wanted to go back to the old town. The apartment had very basic utensils , but smaller and sharper knives would be a good thing to have. The bathroom really needed more cleaning upon our arrival. The refrigerator makes a squealing nose most of every night and periodically each afternoon. Marija and family were great hosts. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.
