Location is excellent. Flat needs some refreshing due to previous water damage. Also kitchenware is sparse. Otherwise everything is in good working condition.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
If I could give a review less than 1 star, I would. We were very disappointed when we arrived. The courtyard you go through to get to the entry stairs was littered with rubbish. The unit itself featured holes in the ceiling, peeling paint, massive gaps in the flooring and a massive hump in the bathroom flooring that suggested numerous water leaks. The unit itself is dark, poorly maintained and cramped. It is impossible to hang clothes because the single closet is filled with a set of drawers. The place does not resemble the listing. We notified the manager that we were not willing to accept the place in the state we found it and we left, returned the keys to the drop off spot and asked for our money back. The most disappointing part of this is the reaction of the corporate management. They admitted that the unit did not meet their standards but were unwilling to refund our payment (in fact we have not received the damage deposit back despite only having been there for a few minutes).

Following a great stay in Paris, this Holborn apartment in London matched our high expectations. Central, cozy, and clean, it provided everything needed for a comfortable visit. Very clean, well equipped

Centrally located and not too loud. Check in process was difficult with bags. Also, 800 pound security fee requested that was not noted in advertisement. But, this place is comfortable and has everyth8ng you need.

Uninhabitable. hot day and bedroom windows would not open—we got ill. Texted host that window opener/lock didnt work—it was loose and no longer connected to the lock mechanism. Host said send pic so we did. THEY COULD HAVE EASILY SENT INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO OPEN THIS WINDOW!!!They said they would send help but they didn’t. We couldn’t sleep and got sick//host said call for medical help. Next morning no help. They couldn’t get help to us until 8 PM. We had to move to a hotel—pack up, move down 3 steep floors of stairs. It turns out the window had 2 lock—top and bottom. The host could have told us this but failed to—causing us great distress. The did not provide 24/7 help as promised. The “host” is some sort of corporate employee running a spectrum of units. The hosts are not informed about each of the units which is unacceptable service. Paint between tub and floor is peeling— when i sent a pic to the host I was told Normal wear and tear”. Ni this is lack of normal upkeep. Floors were notlevel—up and down deviations like a vinyl piece set over 2 x 4s that are 6 inches apart. One place the floor covering torn clear through. Terrible. Awful. i am asking for a full refund.I need instructions for filing a formal complaint and demanding a full refund. Please let me know how I escalate this

Sehr zentrale Wohnung, empfehlenswert

Super zentral gelegen, verschiedene Tube- und Busstationen um überall hinzugelangen; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wohnung im dritten Stock. Platz für 4 ausreichend. Sehr sauber, teils ein paar Feuchtigkeitsflecken. Leise Umgebung, allerdings sehr hellhörig. Zimmer mit Bett super, Couch nicht sehr bequem, für unsere Teenies war es ok. Küchenausstattung ok, etwas wenig Geschirr für 4. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!
