Well located, quality accommodation in Aberdeen, perfect for both beach & city! Our clean condo is enjoyed for family visits, professionals, remote work, business people and contractors. Hi-speed Internet & FREE parking! Quiet block, older/quiet children only! Spacious bedrooms, bath & shower, full kitchen & table. Quality solid furnishings throughout. Walk to restaurants, ice-skating, amusement park, shops, cinema, bus & railway station. Scottish highlands & castles short drive away.

Double beds in both rooms. Lounge has a good space to relax with a large Smart TV and programs to enjoy.

Front door access to suite. Owner/Co-host will check you in and answer questions before leaving you to settle in. Please revert to us first, if there are ever any issues with anything in the Airbnb. Thank you.

This is a quiet block and therefore no boisterous children please - many of our lovely neighbours work from home and appreciate the peace.

Originally from Zimbabwe, we moved to Aberdeen over 24 years ago and love the friendly, welcoming people, beautiful countryside and abundance of history that Scotland offers! We love meeting new guests from a variety of locations, some visiting on business and others to just enjoy Scotland as we do.
Why they chose this property
This is a relatively quiet neighborhood, very conveniently located, walking distance of the city centre and Aberdeen beach with a variety of lovely walks and many places to eat and drink. A great base also for those wanting to travel a little further afield on whisky or castle trails!
