About this property

Beautiful Ski or Summer home at the base of the Cottonwood Canyons

3 bedrooms, 5 baths with rooftop bar and deck. Fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. 15- 20 minutes up either Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon, close to park and ride, 35 minutes to Park City or 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City. Walking distance to coffee shops, ski rental, distillery and restaurants. 5 minute drive to grocery store. Beds are super comfortable with duvet covers and high end linens. Every room has a smart T.V. for streaming and bose wireless speaker. Cleanliness and comfort are my top priority. I also offer a concierge service for a small fee. I will go to the grocery store, liquor store, pick up ski passes and have everything waiting and ready when you arrive.

It has beautiful views of the mountains from the rooftop deck. Close to ski resorts, business center, shopping, restaurants and recreation. I have taken great care to furnish the place with every luxury amenity and comfort to make your stay comfortable. I am easily accessible during your stay for any questions, concerns or recommendations.
