better than a hotel for a group

Nice renovation of an older property. Management service replaced missing items quickly, Broken bed frame, coffee pot that did not work, no blankets for beds, hot tub not working, only 1 very large pot was available. The home was clean and a good place to hang out with a group of various ages in town for a wedding.

Hi Joan, Thank you for your review! We are happy that you enjoyed your stay, and found our staff to be attentive to your needs. To address a few of the inconveniences that you encountered-Unfortunately, the previous guest that checked out on the day that you checked in, broke the bed frame. Regrettably, it was not noticeable when making the bed and was only noticed when it was laid on. Fortunately, we were able to get it replaced for you within 20 minutes of letting us know. The coffee pot was not working correctly, so we replaced it with a new coffee pot immediately- again our apologies. Each bedroom has one blanket on each bed, plus one additional blanket per room in the closet, and an extra blanket in the closet for the air mattress- a total of 9 blankets in the home. It is unclear why you stated that there were no blankets since there were 9, however, we did bring you 4 additional blankets, making it a total of 13 blankets in the home. We also have central heating in the home, so we advised you to adjust the heating unit to a warmer temperature that would be comfortable for your stay. The spa was working upon your arrival and checkout, and we were not informed of any issues during your stay, which we would have been happy to address for you. The kitchen has a selection of pots in different sizes, including small, medium, large and extra large. We were in contact with you prior to your arrival to answer questions for you about other items in the home, and we would have been happy to answer any questions on cookware as well so that you would know what to expect for cooking. We make sure that we provide essentials for cooking, as it is a huge benefit of staying in a home vs a hotel. We are always available for assistance and questions, as we understand that you are making yourself at home in a home that is new to you. We want all of our guests to enjoy the best experience during their stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that you encountered and are happy that we were able to amend the situation quickly. We thank you so much for staying with us, and hope that you consider us again on your next trip!

Great House!

We came to Vegas to spend time with family. This was a great house! We were a bit apprehensive when we first pulled up to the house because of the neighborhood, but were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the house. This is a beautiful house! Very roomy, clean, kid friendly, and impeccably decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Thank you for sharing your home. We would definitely rent this house again.

Lovely Home With All the Amenities

The property exceed expectations in all aspects with the minor observation that the neighborhood was less than charming. It was, however quite and peaceful. The interior is bordering on spectacular with beautiful furniture and outstanding decor. The pool and pool area were very pleasant with great outdoor seating and comfortable lounges. The kitchen was well provisioned with dishes, utensils pots and pans and what looked like nearly new appliances. Be sure to bring salt and pepper and any condiments you my want.The kitchen was completely devoid of the usual left overs from prior guest. Property management (Tina) was VERY helpful and accommodating. We will be returning to this property on our next visit to Las Vegas

Thank you for your comment on spices as well. We have recently put in salt, pepper and sugar in individual servings, as well as oil for cooking. We do not leave open food items in the home, for the safety of our guests. Since we do have individual packets of salt, pepper, and sugar- we hope that our guests will find this as a convenience- while still maintaining our safety standards.
