Welcome to the most fabulous neighborhood of Las Vegas! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but located just minutes from the action of the Las Vegas Strip, is this beautiful ranch style home.

Welcome to this stunning and expansive 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home! With over 4000 sq ft of space, this beautiful abode offers ample room for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The maximum occupancy for this home is 8 people, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of day or night. Featuring three living rooms, including one off the primary bedroom, one in the center of the home, and another next to the bar, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The large bar area is perfect for entertaining, complete with a foosball table and easy backyard access to the luxurious swimming pool and spa. Step outside to the completely private backyard oasis, adorned with lush landscaping for the ultimate retreat experience. Gas heat for the pool is available at a rate of $95 per day (duration of entire stay). Please note, I do not rent to Las Vegas locals. Rest assured, this vacation rental is fully licensed with the city of Las Vegas, with license number G64-01356. Booking with a licensed vacation rental ensures a safe and legal stay, so you can relax and enjoy your time in Las Vegas worry-free!

good communication with the host and fast response, house is a nice size with large rooms and open areas.would be nice to add a bit more decore to the walls and maybe some end tables for setting drinks on just to give it a bit of a homey feel.

It is a good place to stay after a hard day's work at the expo, the house is big, enough room's for our attendees, ample space to relax and quiet neighborhood.

Very Nice Stay and Convenient

Very nice VRBO experience. Location a big plus. Safer than most the places I've stayed with the same proximity to the strip. Plenty of room for our guys trip but also would be pretty nice for families.

Pre-Wedding Stay

The property was exactly as described, large and roomy. You could definitely hold a small gathering there and have alot of room to breathe. My only concern is that it is in a very conservative neighborhood so even during the day we weren’t sure if we could play our music by the pool, but we didn’t get any complaints. The check in process was good, but we didn’t get any information until 30 minutes before check-in, even though VRBO said it should’ve been 3 days prior, but the homeowner communicated with me very well which eased my concern. All in all we enjoy our stay, we’re very comfortable and had a great time.

Large Home for the Money

Two things the owners need to address. One, is a large enough frying pan that you can cook more than an egg on. (See photo of the pan they provide.)And, two, they need to mop the floors so you can actually walk around barefoot. (See second photo.) Otherwise the place was excellent, located close to the strip and all the action. Also it would be nice if they can give you check in information a little sooner. As you know, when you’re traveling, there are a ton of details people are dealing with. Having the house 411 the night before would be one less thing to worry about.

Great place, great communication, great location

We stayed here with our family, and it was perfect. There was plenty of space, it was clean, and the property manager was great with communication. She was kind and understanding. They even heated up the hot tub for us in the winter (many wont). Very close to everything "big" in the Vegas/Strip area, and situated in a nice little community. The "game room" is basically just a foosball table and a casino game, but my kids did love the foosball table. All around, we loved it. We'd absolutely stay there again.

Amazing home

Have stayed here multiple times. It’s my go to place in Vegas. Had a toilet problem owner had a plumber out in an hour. Pool is great and the place is Soooo big!!

Comfortable home for large groups

Lovely home with large gathering spaces and private sleeping areas. Clean, comfortable beds, great location, nicely decorated with many high end finishes. Very nice wet bar with lots of counter space. Convenient location for accessing a variety of entertainment.

Large Home in Great Neighborhood

This home has plenty of room. It unfortunately feels like a VRBO that has been abused. It’s pretty much striped down to basics. Furniture is tired, art work is scarce, and kitchen supplies are basic.We have family that lives in the neighborhood, and were there for Thanksgiving, so the place worked well for our needs…basically beds, showers, and some cooking.This is a quiet neighborhood. Great for a family, but not the place to stay if partying into the night are your plans.

Wonderful Place!!!

We were here for a trade show and spent 5 days in the house. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this place is. More room than you can imagine and plenty of very modern appliances and appointments. The Owner, Terry Farr, is extremely responsive. We will be back!
