The property was well maintained. Easy to check in due to door combination system. Code given by friendly host. The area was safe and quiet. Near many types of restaurants and entertainment activities. We had an enjoyable time. Accommodations were filled with extra perks. Goggles, pool toys and an outdoor half bath. Not to mention a covered outdoor kitchen and grill. All the amenities that makes vacationing enjoyable and affordable were in this house. We did bring some table games as there was no play / games room. Otherwise, We had time to relax in a serene screened pool after an enjoyable day in the Tampa area. Looking forward to doing this again!

Check in was easy and the house is very nice. The location was perfect for us to visit family in St. Pete, attend a few spring training games at Steinbrenner Field and Clearwater. It was also an easy drive to Lightening hockey. Plenty of stores in the area and a great local pub nearby (Winners). Thank you Carlos!

Loved this place it actually was nicer in person than the photos. Only complaint was that the kitchen didn’t have enough cookware for me. We cook a lot (three meals most days ) so I usually bring a few things I know we’re going to need expecting the basics will be there. No baking sheet or roasting pan and few pieces of flatware made it challenging. Otherwise great house and host

Family Trip

The houses is beautiful, close to the airport, well maintained. Nice kitchens both inside and out, with grill area outside the pool. Plenty of places near buy if you don't want to cook. We will stay here again very peaceful.

Everything was excellent. We were disappointed in the weather- but of course our host couldn’t control that. Cold weather meant we did not get to use the lovely pool. Not the fault of the host but a disappointment for us.

This is a great property for a group who wants to have plenty of room for activities or relaxing. It very clean and easy to get to. I will certainly use it agsin when back in the viry!

The property itself was nice. Upon arrival we discovered the garage had been converted into a separate suite which was weird having somebody in the garage.We had some issues, but the owner was receptive and communicated well.
