An amazing place to stay! Very comfortable for 7 of us and in a nice area. There was also an easy drive to both Tampa and the airport. We loved the pool and the view of the lake! I experienced great communication with the host! Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay! We were in Tampa for outpatient surgery at the Norman Endocrine Hospital. The house is less than 3 miles from the facility. Everything in the house was spotless. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything needed to prepare meals and there are many great restaurants close by. The pool and lake are wonderful! The kids enjoyed swimming and fishing. One of the best rentals we have stayed in through VRBO. Highly recommend! Great place to relax and enjoy the Tampa area

Tranquil Getaway

The location is great, the neighbors are very welcoming, it's awesome to swim in the pool and watch the planes fly over. Very comfortable with great kitchen and other amenities.

We stayed at the property over spring break this year. It was just as the pictures described extremely clean and a great place to spend family time together. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking to book a family experience.

Great place to stay! We came into town for a 3 game baseball series. Stadiums are just a 10 minute drive over. Very close to many stores and restaurants.Plenty of room in the house. The pool overlooking the lake was great. Pretty cool to relax in the pool and watch the turtles, fish and even an alligator swimming in the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

I got this house for the view and I was not disappointed! Every morning had a beautiful sunrise with the ducks, all kinds of birds, planes above and plenty of area to just sit and soak everything in including the sun.Checking in was easy and Jose even notified us early in the week making us feel very cared for. He was very attentive to my my texts and answered right away. I ordered a package from Amazon to be delivered there at the house and it went to a neighbor's house instead. The neighbor graciously dropped it off showing us that this neighborhood has great neighbors!The house was roomy enough and clean. It had everything you would need. We cooked all week and did not have to really buy much else except the spices we preferred. The temperature of the pool was perfect for us and we swam everyday.My father in law fished, caught a few, we saw turtles and the most amazing thing was not a lot of geckos! I don't know what they did but this house had the least amount of geckos I've ever seen and we've been coming down during springbreak for 10 years now!Thanks Jose for sharing your house and we had a great time there!

We stayed at this gem while visiting Family in the area. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and the property has a completely private back yard with a heated pool overlooking the lake.Every time we thought "it would be nice if they had whatever" we would check and it was there. There were seven of us, we had plenty of room, beds and privacy for everyone.The food in the area is great and there are all of the stores you could want including a Publix you can get to without having to hit a main road. We highly recommend LPCX Cafe for an outdoor breakfast.When I had a question about the pool on a Friday night I emailed the owner expecing a response the next day and he responded by text almost immediately. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Family Stay

Everything about our stay was great. We were 8 adults and the house was perfect. The view of the lake and being able to sit outside in December was amazing, especially we were all from the northeast.The house was well appointed and very comfortable. As a family, we were able to spend time together, enjoy each other’s company and that was what this trip was all about.

Amazing home and location!

Book this property now! The pictures do not do it any justice. The home is beautiful and has lots of space indoor and outdoor to hang out. The pool is amazing and overlooks the lake. The sunrises with the lake in the background were beautiful. Very easy check in process. The home is in a great location and close the stores and restaurants. My family and I had a wonderful time!
