Everything was perfect, except air conditioning downstairs stopped working after the first day and the management company tried tirelessly to add additional individual taxes per each person at checkout. Since VRBO detailed all charges in agreement we stuck to the original contract and only paid what was agreed.

Spectacular property and view. Excellent pool to hep with the scorching heat! The house layout was comfortable as described and the air con was up to the task. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Außen schön, innen nicht ganz so

+ schöner Pool + großzügiger, gepflegter Garten + überdachte Terrasse mit Meerblick - drei der fünf Schlafzimmer liegen im Keller. Zwei haben lediglich kleine Fensterluken zu Lichtschächten, sind quasi nicht zu lüften und klamm und riechen modrig. - hohe Zusatzkosten für Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Strom (fast 350€ für eine Woche, obwohl die Klimaanlage kaum genutzt wurde) - Küchenausstattung ziemlich enttäuschend für das Preisniveau (Plastiktassen, billiges Besteck) -weder Massage-Wanne, noch Kamin funktionen
