Apartment just above Burriana beach with private parking space included. Urbanizacion El Litoral is located in a quiet area and close to the center and all amenities. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower. Large bright living room and semi open kitchen with a view of the sea and the beach. Terrace with six chairs and two sun loungers, barbecue and awning. Sun from early day to sunset. Air-con cold/warm in all rooms. Wifi and TV with international channels. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. The apartment is on one level but some stairs from the parking space.

Be aware that there is a long flight of stairs down to the beach and the center.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Not the beachtowels.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Yvonne was a fantastic host. At one point the sunbeds on the balcony broke and Yvonne responded immediately with new sunbeds arriving the very next day. Lovely balcony. Great views.

Wonderful apartment at wonderful location.

A really wonderful apartment that fitted our needs perfectly as a family. It was very clean and well equipped.The views were just amaizing. I hope to come back some day!

For us, the big plus about this apartment was the large balcony, with view of the sea and its proximity to Burriana Beach. It was a pleasant walk into Nerja old town in the evening. Very well equipped. It had everything we needed.

An excellent apartment with a great view, overlooking Burriana Beach. Suited us very well, as part of a three-location holiday between the coast and Seville.

We had a lovely stay at this fully kitted out apartment. Everything you would need was provided and the host Yvonne was quick to provide information and was happy to accommodate our requests. You need to be able bodied as the property has great sea views so there are circa 100 steps to walk down to get to the beach below.

We had a late flight arriving at the property after 1am but for ease we were able to use the lockbox to get the keys to access the property. The apartment itself was great, we are a family of 5 and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there was ample space and we were very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is fantastic, gorgeous view of the sea by day and stargazing at night! The location of the apartment is convenient, just a few minutes walk to the nearest beach and bars and restaurants. Great communication from Yvonne. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay in her apartment when we come back to Nerja.

Great Family Time

Lovely apartment that is only 2 minutes away from Burriana Beach. The only negative is the three flights of steps upto the apartment. A car is probably a good idea so you can drive up behind the property.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und der Ausblick echt wunderschön. Lage perfekt, allerdings sind es schon recht viele Treppenstufen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, aber kein Problem

Really spacious, well finished apartment. Excellent air conditioning in every room. Beautiful private balcony. We really enjoyed our stay, we could not have asked for more, everything was provided within the apartment. Short 5 minute walk to beach, supermarket and resturants, the only catch is the amount of steps back up to the apartment , they can be difficult in the heat but we found them great exercise to combat the holiday diet.

Alles genau wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles fußläufig in der nähe. Toller Ausblick von der Terrasse. Strände alle sehr nah. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Danke für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.
