Section One was the first section developed because it has the best sandy beaches in all of Rocky Point. The quiet beaches are on the South side of the ‘Point' away from the condos and public beaches of Rocky Point.

This two bedroom guesthouse offers a unique rental option that features a beach front location without the price. It offers everything that you need to unplug and unwind for your next beach vacation.

This home features a stainless steel refrigerator, full size gas stove, microwave, living room, indoor bar top counter, a private eat in patio, two new Smart TVs, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and updated furniture. The Master bedroom offers a wrought iron queen bed and privacy with its split floor plan. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed as well as a twin trundle bed if guests would like to use. All bedding is provided for the trundle bed in the top drawer of the dresser. This home has a back entrance staircase to the beach as well as a separate front entrance with a private patio.
