On the ground floor there is a large living room with open plan kitchen and bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a small bedroom with single beds, a single bedroom and bathroom.
There is a washing machine, a beautiful well equipped kitchen with peninsula and a living room with TV, sofa, large windows to ensure a magnificent view of the pool. Outside you find outdoor furniture, a swimming pool, large private garden of approximately 800 meters and 2 parking lots.
1 pet allowed on request. The extra is 40euros per week to be paid on site.

Check-in from 16:00 to 19:00

What is not included in the price:
- Tourist tax of 10 euros per apartment per week.
- Deposit of 300 euros to pay in cash on arrival

In April the pool will be closed.
It will instead be open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
