The space
Nestled on the first floor (no lift) of a charming three-story building 50mt from the lake shore, it offers 2 bedrooms (one with a big double bed and the other with a comfy double sofa bed, plus a baby cot if needed), a roomy dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful bathroom with a refreshing shower.
Don't miss the small balcony – perfect for morning coffee!

If you come by car the apartment offers a covered garage as well!

I'm Federico and I grew up on Lake Como sailing and skiing. Now I live and work in London with my partner but whenever we can we are back to enjoy our home. Together we manage the apartment in Bellano so that it keeps getting the love it needs!

Why they chose this property

Close to Milan, easily reachable, perfect in Summer to enjoy water sports or hiking and great as well for winter to reach ski destinations. But most of all is a town this still is vibrant and full of local character!

What makes this property unique

First of all our flat is so easy to reach by car or by train and is just another 50meters from the water and town center, best you can get!
Bellano is famous for its artistic side, and two up and coming famous local architects have signed off this incredible apartment! We feel so lucky and you should too!
