Detached villa, located 50m from the small beach of Santa Ponsa. Excellent space for rest and activities in large groups. The house has a private garage and a large room to store bicycles. The space of this beautiful Villa is located in a tourist town belonging to the municipality of Calviá, Santa Ponsa. This area is just 15 minutes by car from the capital, Palma de Mallorca, 5 minutes walk from the small beach of Santa Ponsa and 10 minutes from the large beach, a Nautical club 10 minutes walk and another 10 minutes from the area of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants.Villa Dragos has 6 bedrooms:- Two of them with a double bed- Three bedrooms with two single beds.- One with a single bed.The distribution of the beds, as well as the type, doubles or singles, they can be changed upon request. In the Villa there are a total of 4 bathrooms, one located en suite with one of the bedrooms. Two other complete bathrooms with shower located on the ground floor and another bathroom with toilet and shower assigned to the last room. This huge Villa has a magnificent 5x10m private pool, outdoor terrace with ping pong table, American pool table, garden and parking space for two cars.Among other facilities, Villa Dragos is rented with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi connection, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, etc. With everything you need to spend some pleasant moments. In Santa Ponsa there are several bus lines with which you can reach Palma de Mallorca and surrounding areas. And from the central station in Palma, you can reach any point on this beautiful island. Perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy a pleasant group stay. *Ask if you need a high chair, crib, toys, stroller or other equipment.
