Villa Torrenova 36 has three spacious double XXL rooms that invite you to disconnect. All of them are designed to meet all your expectations. Hot and cold air conditioning, en suite bathroom with double shower, private terrace with outdoor hot tub, television, safe, fridge and Nesspreso coffee maker. In addition, a room attached to one of the rooms equipped with two sofa beds and television will fulfill the functions of an extra room.

Torrenova 36 is located in the quiet residential neighborhood Torrenova, Calvià. Located a few meters from the beaches of Palmanova and Magaluf and very close to a wide range of restaurants, bars and leisure centers. This accommodation also has the perfect location to get to know the rest of the island. The beautiful Sierra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site, offers multiple routes for hikers. The picturesque villages of Valldemossa, Deià and Sóller, among many others, are 25 minutes away by car. In the northern part of the island, 50 minutes by car are the municipalities of Alcudia and Pollença with great medieval and Roman history. The capital, Palma, 20 minutes by car and Son Sant Joan Airport 25 minutes.

Amazing villa!

The Villa is incredible and all its offerings are high standard. The villa includes everything you need for your stay. The pool and the jacuzzi were amazing and perfect for the relaxing weekend away we needed. The property is located in a very convenient location very close to the beach and restaurants/nightlife as well as grocery stores. I was not aware the villa is connected to the hotel next door which also gives you access to their pool and bar which was good to do something different. The check in process was good and the property manager as in contact before and during the stay ensuring everything was alright. I don't have any negative things to say

Gorgeous villa

This villa is absolutely gorgeous. It has been designed and fitted out beautifully. It is a new addition to an already established apartment complex. I booked if for my son & daughter's 18th & 16th birthday. The property listing stated that groups/parties were "allowed" but in hindsight I think it mistakenly missed out the "not"! During your stay you will be spied on by security and if you are untidy the owner will let himself in, walk into your bedroom and scream at you. You will be charged for the slightest blemish on a cushion. good luck

Dear Nikki, as you told us, they all 7 were over excited the first 2-3 days and this is why they were warned 3 times for being noisy and playing music between 12am and 6am. Please, do not say "untidy" when in fact was a total mess with rubbish everywhere. External walls and tables were used to put off the cigarettes. We found a cigarette burn hole in one of the sunbeds. Shoe soles in the external walls and inside the house as well. Freezer drawer cracked. Missing glass and another one cracked. We found 3 flip flops and 4 ice plastic bags blocking the pool filter during the stay and this is why the water became cloudy. We were very lucky the engine did not break down. Do you really think this is normal? We considered all of this as "unlucky accidents" without consequences but obviously you were charged for another damages. Less than it should be in the end. Replacement of the sheet with a big red stain. Extra cleaning of the dining room curtains with big stains of different drinks. 4 extra hours of cleaning than usual. Regards, Mallorca Concept Villas
