Townbridge Penthouse is a centrally located two bedroom penthouse apartment situated overlooking Weymouth Harbour and the town bridge. Located right in the heart of Weymouth, this light and airy apartment offers a convenient and comfortable place to stay for a couple or for a family of four.
This top floor penthouse apartment benefits from large patio doors overlooking the harbour below, with an open plan living, kitchen and dining room along with a balcony perfect for enjoying summer evenings. Just down the hallway are both bedrooms and two bathrooms. The family bathroom is across the hallway, with the twin room adjacent. The twin room benefits from wonderful harbour views, along with zip and link beds which can be joined to make a super King size bed on request (please request this at the time of booking). The master en-suite bedroom is just next door, with double bed, harbour views and a private en-suite shower room.
The property benefits from one private parking space in the ground floor parking area, as well as the option of stairs or lift access. Please note, if for any reason the lift is out of action, the apartment is situated on the top floor of the apartment block.
The apartment lies within easy reach of Weymouth's historic harbourside, a working harbour with lifting bridge which opens up to allow larger boats to enter the marina. You can watch the bridge from the comfort of the living room, or take a walk along the cobbled harbour streets to soak up the atmosphere. Around the harbour are many places to eat, from Michelin star restaurants to gastro pubs and independent coffee shops, there is something for everyone. Also on the doorstep is Weymouth town centre and Weymouth beach, the beach is well known for the shallow warm waters and soft golden sands, making it a popular resort with families throughout the summer months.

From the Esplanade; Enter Weymouth with the esplanade and the beach running parallell to the road on your left hand side. Follow the road as it bends around Alexandra Gardens and take the left turning into Pilgrims Way and then immedietely right onto the harbourside. Follow the harbour and at The Ship Inn, continue straight under the bridge. The entrance to the parking area is here on your right hand side.
Please note; We provide two sets of keys for your stay. One set is in the key safe, which has the fob connected to it, so that you can open the garage roller door on arrival. The other set of keys is in the apartment, usually placed on top of the information folder. On departure; please leave the keys as you found them; please leave one set of keys in the apartment on top of the information folder, and the other set of keys with the fob attached is to be returned to the key safe. Perfect location on the harbour edge with great views over the lifting bridge, which provides its own entertainment watching the boats go through.Easy walks to the town centre, beach, pavilion and walks around Nothe Point, plus being surrounded by many good cafes, restaurants and pubs.Comfortable apartment, good beds and pillows, and despite the location it was never noisy.

Fantastic position and facilities for a great break. The apartment has a secure car parking area under the building. Always things to see from the apartment and the hosts instructions where very detailed and clear.
