Welcome to a uniquely relaxing getaway. This 1,100 square foot, 3rd floor waterfront condo sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins, and two bathrooms.

One of the first things Marco Island visitors learn is morning coffee tastes a little more exotic when you’re drinking it on a balcony cooled by fragrant island breezes overlooking a waterway lined with palm trees. This spacious balcony is furnished with a loveseat, chairs and a table, making it the ideal setting for reading, relaxing and sipping your favorite tropical beverage as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the still water.

The setting inside is every bit as peaceful, with cozy furnishings, bamboo dining room chairs, and colorful island-themed fabrics creating a feeling of tranquility. Potted ferns and colorful flowers throughout the unit add a tropical touch.

The kitchen features a recessed ceiling, granite countertops, and comes with all the modern cookware and appliances you need to serve a family dinner or entertain guests on the balcony.

The coral-hued tile bedrooms are decorated with all the colors of the tropics. The master bedroom opens up to the balcony, and both bedrooms come with televisions and plenty of closet and drawer space.

This unit provides you with all the comforts and conveniences of your home away from home, including heating and air conditioning, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

The Eagle Cay is renowned for deluxe amenities in a lush garden setting. Swim in one of two heated pools then use a gas grill to cook up a barbeque on the pavilion. Play tennis, pickleball, bocce ball or shuffleboard. Or maybe you’d rather cast a line from the fishing pier.

You’re just a short walk from so many exciting things to see and do. Put on your flip-flops and head over to the warm sands and turquoise waters of South Beach.

You can also walk to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden, and Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theatres, fine dining and much more. Another short walk takes you to Caxambas Boat Park.
