IMPORTANT NOTICE: The South Seas Tower 1 and 2 Association will be resurfacing the exterior of the buildings beginning October 1, 2025, and continuing through April 30, 2027. Construction activities for this project will generate noise throughout the building, depending on the location of the work relative to individual units. This project can also result in balcony closures when work is being performed on your stack.

You never have to leave the beach when you stay in this 1,100 square foot beachfront condo. It sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.

High up on the twelfth floor, you have a spellbinding view of the curving coastline and sun sparkling off the turquoise water. You can see the wooden walkway leading from the silken white sands over the beach grass to the lush green garden of the South Seas. The circular heated pool looks like an oasis in the midst of thick clusters of palm trees. The pool deck is filled with sun loungers alongside tables and chairs shaded by tiki umbrellas.

A garden path winds through manicured hedges and colorful hibiscus and bougainvillea, past tree-shaded benches and picnic areas, until it reaches the tennis courts, shuffleboard and bocce ball alongside Clam Bay. The sprawling South Seas community is filled with numerous other deluxe amenities, including gas grills, a fitness center and social room filled with activities.

When you leave the balcony and go inside, the ocean view comes with you, thanks to the sliding glass doors along the rear of the unit.

The white-tiled interior blends stylish comfort with an easygoing coastal décor. The kitchen is filled with all modern appliances and cookware.

The bedrooms feature plenty of closet and drawer space and are decorated with colorful beach-themed artwork. The master suite gives you sliding door access to the balcony, and the bed faces the window so you can fall asleep to cooling trade winds and the vision of moonlight reflecting off the ocean.

The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that short walk to Tigertail Beach, where you can wade in warm tide pools in search of colorful shells, charter a fishing boat, or just walk along the warm sand watching dolphins play in the surf.

There’s no better way to celebrate another day in paradise than dinner at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants like Nene’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza or Thai Sushi by KJ, all just a short walk from your unit.
