We have traveled the world over and have used VRBO properties dozens of times. We feel this was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. It was close enough to walk to all of the historic sites we wanted to see (we are walkers however). It was clean and one of the bigger apartments we have rented in Europe. The appliances were modern and in working order. We only used one of the beds but it was very comfortable. You will not go wrong renting this home!

Very nice place, we stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. It’s in a handy location, air conditioning works perfectly, washing machine is useful too. The only downside is that there is no iron, however the landlord said this is due to past fire incidents due to irons being left on. Overall would recommend this place

Everything was excellent. We were able to drop off our bags by before checkin time which was convenient for our early flight into Athens. Transportation is super close by and connects to the airport, to the beaches on the tram and to all the sites on metro or buses. We walked to the acropolis in the early evening and had a magical time. Air conditioners worked well and were needed!

Everything here was perfect. The location was wonderful. The check-in instructions were detailed. The place was clean. The hosts even left this binder with an incredibly comprehensive overview of things to do in the area and whatnot. And the hosts were very responsive the whole time. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property while in Athens. The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating, assisting our group in the check-in and check-out process to make it stress free! The location was great and we felt right at home with the amenities of this apartment (including air conditioning, washer, and a lovely kitchen). Would definitely recommend!

It is conveniently located a minute away from the Sygrou-Fix station and eateries which makes it a convenient base to get around to the Acropolis, Koukaki and Plaka area. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Each room has a seperate AC, window shutter and access to a shared balcony. The apartment is modern, clean, beds extremely comfortable, shower pressure excellent. A lift to help you with your bursting luggage with all your purchases.The area is lively. The host is responsive and accommodating with clear communication and check in instructions. We love everything about it for our first visit to Athens, Greece.

This place has lots of room! It’s spacious and clean, with access to all the sights within 20min walk. Keep in mind that the property has a bit of a hill in front to get to the Main Street.

Great Central location for the family

My family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights on our final leg of our European trip. We were very pleased to have picked this accommodation as we were having to deal with Greece's heatwave. It was great that all rooms were air conditioned. The room separation was nice as we had certain family members who would wake up much earlier than others. The beds were very comfortable for a good night's sleep and the in-window shade-sliders provide a good black-out when we wanted to "sleep in". Overall a beautiful and spacious house. Grocery, Bakeries, Pharmacy and Metro all within 5-10 minute walking distance. Highly recommend

Wonderful spacious place to stay in great location

This was a lovely place to stay and explore Athens. Communication was excellent right from initial booking and hosts arranged for a lovely driver to pick us up at the airport for slightly less than a taxi would have cost, plus suggested good local places to eat. The apartment has a lot of space and the living room with sofa bed has a door so could be used as an extra room. The dining area is very big and the whole place feels very spacious. The location is great although I did knock one star off for accuracy of listing because the location shown on the listing is about 5 mins walk further south from where the apartment is (it's just the other side south of the main road where the metro station is). Everything was still walkable for us but people relying on/expecting to be that bit closer to the Acropolis etc might like to know it's that tiny bit further out. This does however mean it's actually closer to a tram stop.
