About this property
Ingleby Manor - Courtyard Cottage
Nestled in the heart of the North York Moors National Park is the historic Ingleby Manor, a stunning manor house that dates back to 1540. The manor boasts four luxurious, self-contained self-catering apartments, and two cottages that offer breathtaking views of the moors. Surrounded by its own gardens and grounds, it provides a naturally secluded escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Discover two charming cottages that offer breathtaking views and comfortable accommodations just a minute's walk away from the Manor. Immerse yourself in the stunning south-east views from the main courtyard or take advantage of the private gardens that come equipped with garden furniture for your convenience. Each cottage can comfortably sleep four people, but if you require more space, the connecting door between the two cottages can join them to accommodate up to eight guests.
The charming Courtyard Cottage boasts a spacious sitting room, with ample room for relaxation and entertainment. The room features three large windows that provide a bright and airy atmosphere, allowing natural light to filter in and create a warm and inviting ambience. Adding to the cosy atmosphere is an open fireplace that promises to keep you warm and comfortable during chilly evenings.
The kitchen/dining area is equally impressive with windows located at each end that flood the space with natural light. This creates an uplifting and refreshing atmosphere that makes cooking and dining a delightful experience. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, making it a breeze to prepare delicious meals for family and friends.
Upstairs, the cottage has two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one king-size and one twin. Both rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The separate bath/shower room is modern and well-maintained, featuring high-quality fixtures and fittings that provide a relaxing and refreshing experience.
There are also 2 x EV Charging points shared between the properties, available to use at a charge of £25 / week. For further information on reserving a charging point, please get in contact for more details.
