La maison est confortable et bien équipée, avec une belle vue, à proximité de Ponta do sol qui est vraiment une petite ville pleine de charme. Pour la maison, tout était très bien. C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas du tout de fond d’épicerie pour dépanner (du style poivre, sel ou huile).

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr gut, deshalb hier die Punkte, die zu beachten sind:Man braucht ein Auto, um in den Ort zu kommen, zu Fuß sehr beschwerlich. Unbedingt von Norden her zum Grundstück fahren, nicht die Strecke, die Google Maps vorgibt - selbst im ersten Gang kaum zu schaffen. Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sind nicht in der Unterkunft und sollten beim ersten Einkauf berücksichtigt werden. Ideal für 4 Personen.

Tolles Haus, recht neu, 2 gleichwertige Masterbedrooms mit ensuite Bädern und atemberaubenden Views von dort und von der Terrasse. Tiptop sauber und gepflegt. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Lage (bis auf das Wasserplätschern der an der Strasse entlang führenden Levada. Der Weg zum Haus (steile und enge Strassen) und die Garage (am Hang gelegene Einfahrt) stellen nicht erfahrene Autofahrer vor große Herausforderungen. Der unbedingt benötigte Mietwagen darf weder zu klein (sehr hügelige Insel) noch zu groß (seeeeehr enge Strassen) sein. Ford Focus Automatik hat uns gerettet. Leider ein großer Minuspunkt: da das Haus weder eine Klimaanlage noch Antimosquitoscreens besitzt, mussten wir uns entscheiden zwischen Nichtschlafenkönnen wegen Fensterzu und Hitzestau oder Nichtschlafenkönnen wegen Massenmückenattacken. Beides nicht so schön.

Installations super, emplacement vertigineux

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Madère dans son ensemble et Ponta do Sol est un très beau village avec des bons restaursnts et une plage parfaite pour admirer le coucher du soleil. La maison avec des feux chambres séparées avec chacunes leur salle de bain est parfaite pour un séjour de deux couples. Nous avons cuisiné à la naison et tout y est. Seul bénol, la maison est assez haut dans la ville et la route pour s’y rendre est assez vertigineuse. Il fait environ 12 minutes de la maison pour se rendre à l’autoroute. De là, l’ensemble de l’ile est fscilement accessible.
