The house 'Sun and Moon', is located in the West of Madeira Island, in a pleasant area Arco da Calheta. Between the Mountain and the sea, with a frontosa landscape, has private garage, gardens with private pool and equipped barbeque. Inside it has 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, air conditioning in the rooms with balcony to the outside equipped with bed linen and bath towels has central heating with wood burning and dining room has wall heating. On the 1st Floor a nice terrace. Wi-Fi, local cable V. MEO. We have a game table with games available.
Heated pool from November to April. The accommodation is equipped with bed linen and bath so that your stay and choice is unforgettable. Children are the responsibility of the Parents.

This villa was everything and more than we could have wished for. Sandra met us on arrival to show us round and continued to communicate well throughout our stay. The villa it self was extremely clean and the facilities there is everything you need for the perfect stay. The highlight for us was the outdoor kitchen bbq area where we spend most of our time in the evenings and when we weren’t out seeing the sights. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the hot afternoons. The views are absolutely perfect and the area is very quiet. The marina is only a short drive away which is nice for evening strolls and has some wonderful restaurants to dine in. We found it to be the perfect location for our holiday in Madeira. We would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely want to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! The host was super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. She welcomed us with lovely, thoughtful gestures, including fresh bread and toppings upon arrival—such a warm touch!The house is spacious, peaceful, and offers plenty of great spots to relax both inside and out, with a stunning view from the garden and terrace. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. During our 10-day stay, the house was cleaned, and the bed linens and towels were refreshed twice—what an amazing service! Highly recommended!

Very nice house and the pool is fantastic. Especially the outdoor kitchen is lovely.The house is located quite high, so we had a lot of clouds while there were still sunshine at the coast. You should take that into consideration. Online negative point: No WiFi in the bedroom upstairs.

The home was absolutely beautiful with the most amazing views. Sandra's hospitality was wonderful! We had a spectacular stay. The amenities were perfect. We recommend you rent a car however. This will allow you to go back and forth to town as needed. We didn't rent a car but were easily able to get Bolt to pick us up. We wish the weather were better so we could have take advantage of the pool.

We loved our stay at Cristina's amazing house. The location was beautiful, with a spotless kitchen, garden, pool and moreover gorgeous views of the ocean and Calheta. We had a wonderful stay here for our very first visit to Madeira. We were greeted by the hosts who went through everything with us in detail. We were supplied fire wood and a supply to get us started of milk, bread, cheese, ham and fruit as well as a delicious cake and wine. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favour but it didn’t stop us enjoying the beautiful property and the kids still got to enjoy the pool a couple of days. I would have no hesitation giving this property a 10/10.

A near four months of idyllic and restful stay in an incredible rich biotic plant and shrub diversified, swimming pool supported, large garden, and superb personally designed comfortable fully functional interior. Het huis was nog veel mooier dan wij verwacht hadden! Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Sandra. Fijn contact tijdens het verblijf gehad via een whatsapp groep. Bij aankomst lag er iets lekkers klaar, ook voor de kinderen. Keuken is ruim uitgerust, alles was schoon. Heel veel ruimte en mooi uitzicht! In de ochtend lekker wakker worden in de tuin met verse geuren van de bloemen en uitzicht op zee. Wij hebben echt genoten. Fijne ligging. Rustige straat. Dorpje Calheta is erg gezellig.
