A spacious, fully furnished balcony provides additional space for your family and friends to stretch out and enjoy the view. The dining area has six seats and additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar. Adjacent to the living room, in the kitchen, you'll find gourmet stainless-steel kitchen appliances, ample granite countertop space, gorgeous cherry cabinets, and all the cookware and dinnerware you need to create memorable meals from the serenity of your vacation home!

The master suite is the perfect sanctuary after a day in the sun and sugary white sands. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and large walk-in closet. Step through the private entrance to the balcony when you miss that Destin sunshine. And when you’re ready to wash the day away, soak in the jetted tub or enjoy the spacious walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Two sinks and lots of counter space make getting ready a truly enjoyable experience.

The two guest bedrooms provide plenty of space for family and friends, and each has a private bathroom. An additional half-bathroom is easily accessible to the main living area.

We have been notified that they will be resurfacing and painting the exterior of the Harbor Landing buildings. The project will begin in late October 2023 and continue through Early Summer 2024.
