You will be staying in a cozy 1-room studio apartment measuring 32 square meters, located on the 1st floor. This studio can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a combination of a queen-sized French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a set of bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), and an additional sleeping facility (80 cm, length 190 cm). The living and dining area is equipped with a TV, and you can step out onto the small 5 square meter balcony facing east.

The studio features an open kitchen area with essential appliances such as two hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and Senseo coffee capsules. The bathroom is separate from the toilet. For your comfort, electric heating is provided.
