Ascent 110 - 3 Bedroom Residence

The open-concept layout allows you to entertain guests effortlessly, whether at the bar that seats four, the dining area that accommodates six, or the living room, which features ample seating and a cozy gas fireplace. Each of the three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay. Two of the bedrooms boast king-sized beds and Juliet balconies, while the third is furnished with two twin beds. Additionally, this unit features a washer and dryer combo.

Guests will enjoy breathtaking views and the convenience of staying just steps away from Avon's restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as a complimentary seasonal ski shuttle to Beaver Creek Mountain. The Ascent also provides a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, steam room, adult sports lounge, and youth game room for your enjoyment.

Per Ascent HOA Rules & Regulations, regardless of bedding only 2 rental guests are allowed in each room with the exception of infants under 1 year old.

Pool & Spa Renovation
We’re excited to enhance your experience at The Ascent. Beginning September 22, our pool and spa area will undergo a renovation, with the project scheduled to be completed on or before Thanksgiving.
