The views were as gorgeous as advertised. The flat was very clean and well appointed. We were surprised by how many steps were required to reach the building. This was not easy for an older person with a suitcase. We found the check-in process awkward—the rental office was quite a distance from the train and in the wrong direction for the flat. But overall, we had a great experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views, cleanliness, and the overall experience. We’re sorry that the steps to the property and the check-in location made your arrival less convenient, especially with luggage. We appreciate you pointing this out, and we’ll keep your comments in mind when providing information to future guests. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again! Best regards, Happy Rentals Team
